No reason to change when you arent charged for crimes you commit, food and clothing is delivered to you and you can do all the drugs you want. Start enforcement of the law and see how fast this cleans up.

Fix the jail system first. Unhealthy, racist jail and judge personnel are breaking civil rights, not to mention corruption in the DA's office. If you want the community to help, stop taking away our 2nd amendment rights so we defend ourselves!

The 14 yo that got "ended" was most likely because of "community justice." These kids think it's cool based on what they see on social media and they have a strong desire to belong to something.

First step is to start from home, giving your kids basic parenting if not advanced. Don't start to care after they are shot by cops on the street when kids are committing crimes. Parents are the first teachers of the kids.

See how fast it cleans up? ⬇️ Parents problem maybe , why did the children run. Programs to help what ? Often do nothing to help a child while someone profits off it. Putting them in jail cost everyone as well and offers no rehabilitation. Often leads to worse things and more prison Jail is a great place for a vulnerable teen to meet new friends . It's just my opinion. I really wish they was a simple answer. I'm just father and grandfather not very good at , results very from individual child to child. When we had trouble with the first child the programs called help made it worse , 2 child tried something else and did fine until ? Third child tried program called help, I'll never ever do that again . 4th child does very well even if she doesn't think so. I don't know a thing about raising a child when I started I was a child of 15. It was not easy . Less hate more love is OK Communication is a good place to start building trust with a teen who has already lost it with an adult or even there peers or law enforcement. Enforcement is what this was offering as far as I could tell and profit. Sorry for my opinion you may not agree with. You would have to walk in my shoes four life times to even understand .
