100% agree with melvyn. For a season that we ALL had written off at the beggining. Our flaws are obvious and pre season should iron them out.

Not being in the CL next year is a blessing we are not good enough to play in it.

It isn’t, because now we will be playing on a Thursday, which massively effects the weekend, will have more games in far flung places, and have less money to spend and can’t attract as many top players. As we know from previous years, it’s a nightmare for progressing

@@charles_preston if you are too dumb to understand the difference between being in the Champions League and the Europa cup, especially in the context of Spurs who struggled to progress in the naughties because of this very issue, then it’s you who needs to find another sport. I’m guessing you are another overseas ‘fan’ who doesn’t understand the club or the game.

@@charles_preston my foolish friend, I have been supporting this club (i.e actually going to games) since 1982, so unlike you intrinsically understand the club, and the difference in playing in the Champions League vs the Europa (which I’ve actually seen us win). I’m guessing you are an overseas fan, never been to a game, yet are telling me I should find another club for discussing important issues! Your arrogance is startling.

The players owe us all a convincing win with good attacking, creating and fast paced performance! Can’t let these last few games go with a whimper. Big summer ahead in transfers in & out. Get players out there who actually want this. COYS

A combination of players out of form and loosing out left-hand side has really happered the side. We never replaced Eriksen, and Kane too

If the results lately had been at the start we would have expected it, and the results at the beginning were happening now we'd be saying isn't this going well now, and some of the decisions in the 2 London Derbies and the Liverpool results could have been different. And some of the players we look too to get us through games like Maddison, Bassouma have lost form since their injuries. Ange has only been here 10 months its taken Klopp and Arteta have taken 5 years to get where they are now.

We've shipped roughly twice the number of goals as each of the top three, but we've not scored twice the number. What worries me is Alex Ferguson's comment that attackers win matches but defences win championships.

I have been supporting Spurs since 1964. It seems that Spurs lose games that we should win ever since then. I don't know what it is but Spursy comes to mind. I remember Burnley had a really good team in the 60's , can't remember names but they always gave us a hard fight.

We finish fifth it's well done, thing is our full squad is not good enough, Ange predicted it all. We also have young players playing their first season in the Premier League, fans need to stop moaning if we are the same next season then moan.

I doubt Spurs will get anywhere under the chairmanship of Daniel Levy, it's been happening over the years and until and unless Levy backs the managers, it'll always be a long walk to freedom! ( So said Rolihlahla Nelson Mandela! Mhsrp!

I want Ange to be a success but believe there are warning signs that he is one-dimentional with his tactics. We are far too easy to play against defensively which we've been brutally exposed recently by both Arsenal and Liverpool. Ange historically wherever he has been doesn't show flexibility with his tactics and in the PL any flaws in a team will be exploited. We'll see what happens next season but I'm not confident he is the long-tetm answer for what we want to achieve which is silverware and challenging for major honours.

Im not that worried about the results of late anje is still trying to ingraine his type of football into the players wich will take a season at least until the players get this message drilled into there heads only then will thing start to change it wasent never going to happen in just one season hopefully the players will learn from all these defeats and get stronger and better we havent all the players yet to challenge im disappointed yes but not worried a few top top signings in the summer with the right mind set and we will inprove 100 percent next season plus there is at least 4 or 5 of our first squad are not good enough thats why we cant judge ange just after 1 season he needs the time to build a squad that he knows that will click and inprove the squad we just havent the right players just yet i trust him 100 percent and some fans who want anje out after 1 season havent a clue realy

Too much generalisation of games Opportunities were missed Poor defensive marking Passing backwards is poor positioning from lazy players You create space through movement Players ball watching Breakdown the game They were not working hard enough defensively and to be attacking They kick it back and forward with no forward creativity

Burnley is probably THE most important game of Spursys season(as it turns out)...Can Ange do 5 in a row(hes done it in Australia) and just blame players and say there has to be change...A draw is almost a loss...THEY are 19th(almost relegated) and will fight tooth and nail to get the 3 points...it's 20 years since the last 4 in a row, how long since 5 in a row?....I wish you luck Chris because you need it...BTW, the Melbourne game will be immense.100,00 sell out is on the cards and it'll be a home game atmosphere due to the AP history...For anyone making the trip, book your tickets ASAP because that city is sports mad and will support the event better than anywhere else in ORRstraaalia!

Fir Burnley, tomorrow's game is a do or die,if Burnley lose the game, they're out of the premiership but if for some reason, they win,they must just survive, depending on other teams results,they may just survive.

If Son is sold,what happens to the money? Kane was sold for good money but no striker was brought. It's not a given that if Son is sold, the money will be invested wisely,we've been there before. Spurs will need to change their mentality, a team was brought in to do stats but seems they haven't started yet.

Hi guys, nobody would buy sonny at his wage of 190k and at 32. I also don’t think he would take a cut and go to another club. The most sensible move for him and the club is he retires at Spurs. Please also note that he is not going to be that fast winger for too long, there is going to be some discount on his ability as he age, he will have value but not necessarily able to be depended on.
