The annual Stanford Festival began in 2018 as a celebration of the creative potential of the people of Stanford. It is a community driven event bringing together collaboration and skills exchange programs through music. It is the hope of the organiser's that, by using art and music, we can to close the gap between cultures and social divides. Bruce Jack Wines sponsored all the artists this year (2021), including Majozi, Nomadic Orchestra, Sean Koch, Amy Tjasink (The Voice SA), JPSON, Sarah Blake, The Groove Missionaries, Gellyblik, Monique Basson (KykNet’s Suidooster), Straatkat (AKA 5 Ster - Die Ster ), Bluus, Hemaine Julies and more! It meant that the festival did not have an entry fee and was open to all that wanted to enjoy the colourful celebration.
