Mark Kingsnorth (the author of this) has made a lot of addons I use regularly, including Perspective Plotter, Shape Generator, Nebula Generator, and The Shipwright. I definitely recommend checking out his library if you're interested in making sci-fi space scenes!

Dunno what I'm potentially doing wrong here, but I followed the quick material tutorial ducky goes over but I can't get it to apply to my generated starship it seems stuck on the material it spawns with. and if I add a random mesh the shader applies no problem but the ship just stays as is. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance

So the starship itself is linked to the Material. So to change it, go to your modifier stack then go down to Starship: Add Materials. change it from there.
