Too me they need to slow down a little…and think carefully before doing anything with the banners and stuff plus with the features they moving too fast for me…as an f2p it’s hard to catch up

I would love if they made coop content for the game! Anything where you can team up and play in real time with friends would be amazing.

I need better qol. Game is gear-focused. But we don't have enough filters, saved sets, better autoequip and recommended gear, also every weekend free unequip, etc. I just feel like using old website. Also skipping npc arena (Like in blue archive) would be good. Pre-sets like in CounterSide. The game stays in 2017 without looking for others modern games' qol

More skins but cheaper. I'll begrudgingly pay $20 for a spicy skin but $30-40 is too much. Or a way to get more skin tickets. It is kinda weird, I feel like there has been a lot of new characters but not content. Back to back new characters draining the Sky stones. Yea your thoughts seem well collected.

The molas ara a concern for me, I got extremely lucky with getting 3 ML5 in like 100 pulls and now I need like 40 molas. If I wanted to make a Rift team it would be a nightmare but I do focus a lot on pvp units. While I also need to pull for both Summer Luluca and Lethe still and most colab units...

As a new player, f2p player and a person who had experienced multiple gacha games korea included, I.....must have to disagree about the currency issue u stated there. For me, E7 is almost if not the most f2p game I've ever played since how easy it is to get bookmark or skystone. The issue that there are so many banners that people don't know what to pull for is just because this game almost has no leak. For many other gacha game, whether there are leaks from the test server or content come to other server such as China first then to Global so u will have a month or 3 month even half a year to know that if they are good, plan out your spending strat with much more limited currency than E7. Galaxy is free, mystic is actually hard to get enough roll but meh, they're ml 5 star, should expect it is hard to get so no comment

More "contents" shouldn't mean more "grindings" (tho, what's more contents really?) PVE 15% ER Machine-gunning limited banners. Horrendous mystic summon rate (RGB 5* in the mix, really?) BS right side RNG (sure, candy counter AND salvo 4 times in a roll, as designed %) And rng^140 for gears rolling Asking myself every day why I'm still here just to suffer 😂

I would say, add an option slider that allows to do refreshes based, based only off summon ticket collection, once the person has the gold and skystone balance to facilitate. If not enough gold for the quantity set it stop. They can slow down the limited content release and focus more on rebalancing and awakenings. Free unequip be a permanent thing or a weekly weekend thing. Increase the rewards from hunts and allow for more custom gear creation. Mola increase and refunds if they dont want to increase skill up materials, full character reset with refunded invested materials except for awakenings and imprints.

For me, they should include a customizable tavern or like a dorm system since we only got the fixed or templated type of lobby setups.

The gear grind is eternal. Farming hunts again has made me clearly see the value of Rift. It’s very resource intensive but I think everyone should spend a month or two farming rage gear. I want more story and a selector after beating ch 5. The story was a big part of what drew me in. Also I’ve been waiting for a new collab to be excited about. I think collabs usually bring in new players.

they need to focus, in less energy per run in hunts, and up the rate to equipment and try to rework how enhance the equipment is expensive if u need the gold and charm, just focus sales the mystics and covenant

The gear system is what makes me quit a year ago. All of those grinding is taking so much time. And after all this new features, idk if I wanna go back, man....

base 3 or 4 star world arena would be fun

The reason I quite the game is because of the farming and gear system. Used to play this game a ton between middle-high school and I have a ton of ml 5* to boot. Since i'm currently attending uni now and have other things in life to deal with it gets increasingly hard to get into the game. Farming wyvern 24/7 is draining, rolling for the right main and sub-stats, couple with getting high and low rolls add more rng into the mix. I have so much units I want to build and test out but this constant grind gatekeeps me from doing so. I'm currently playing more pve type gachas instead like fgo, grand summoner and eventhough they have worse odds for obtaining a 5* they're still more relaxing.

Yeah I rolled all my currency for units i actually needed for content and I can't keep up with the units being released and pulls I actually need 😢I had plenty of gems for rolls but the amount needed especially if your not lucky is bad.

I feel like they haven't been focused as much on story. They had Moonlight to help keep up with Mystic summons but these stories have run dry and there has been very little news on them. The Main story has also taken a backseat just so they can introduce new and more units, and everything right now feels rushed and very pull heavy. I have been going through the motions, just doing my dailys and collecting units. I barely feel a reason to update my gear these days and I have very much not been as into the game recently as I was when I came back to it. I was super excited for it when I returned to the game, got back into my old build and units and blazed through the story. Beat all the bosses and stuff, but now I just feel like there's nothing else for me to be excited for except for the new units and banners and that's taking its toll. It's exhausting trying to keep up with all the new units and half of them don't feel worth it, only to then be super broken and Meta needed. Also, the event for Ocean Breeze Luluca and the AE girls pissed me off some because I worked so hard for those stickers for the emotes, only to get cockblocked by it being temprary emotes. I know they fixed that now but decisions like that really irked me. They need to slow it down and go back to the main focus. The stories and the progression. New characters can come later, plus we have so many 3star units that desparately need a Speciality change. Wen Wendy?! Aither? Elson for goodness sakes has watched his Sister in Faith Momo get hers years ago and he's still dragging his feet? C'mon!

Do the summoners war separating RTA to ts own gear system

Imo, I'd say they should rework the battlepass to constantly refresh and give better rewards. It can potentially help with both their monetization and fund more content, and give players more rewards and resources to work with (if done correctly and priced fairly). Probably not the best idea, but just a thought after playing games like hsr.

I think they could also change the sanctuary and do it like games like Arknights and BLUE Archive and make a Dorm. I think this way we could have fun customizing our Dorm while farming and we could earn rewards with Farms to improve.

I really wish that Smilegate change the gears system. We don't have the control of gear sub stats, but please give us a choice to determine what sub stats we can upgrade. Currently so many gears wasted on poor RNG roll on sub stats.

As a new player I think the main issue is the lack of coins. You need coins to do everything in the game and once you run dry the game slows down so much, my solution for this is for longer or more drop boosts, those motivated me to actually farm for the coins I needed, but even then I was spending the coins that came in from auto, upgrading all the back logged gear faster than it was coming in

I think they should focus on Epic 8 if theres such a thought. Rebuild this game from ground up with 3D models using the same turn base system.

I like the current Rift! It think it's awesome. I built my Candy from scratch because I have always neglected crafting Counter sets from Banshee:) I only wish it dropped even more charms~! I hope all the criticism you guys have on it won't scare SG from giving us a place that offers high quality gear such as Rift. The gears we get are like the ones we got from Lethe's event in the highest difficulty mode. Also!! SG tried to give us side stories that didn't use lots of Stamina coz they thought of us farming Rift. But~ I wonder if that has changed, maybe it's coz some people didn't like Blooming Lidica's event and we are getting regular side stories ... You guys don't like changes, and maybe that is what hinders the game. Not giving a chance to try things is horrible imo. Not to mention people didn't even want to taste Awakening Potential in spite SG was listening and making adjustments to it! Just Chill for the sake of the holy cats!! x

Im a new player, familiar with gacha games, and find the game good but have several issues already. The biggest one is the grind, you cant just sweep, except for the measly 10 tickets, 15 times you can repeat, 2x speed but it cant even run in the background on phone. The second is too much characters, and the time and resources needed to use them is just too much. Gearing is also terrible, and cost gold to swap gears. And locking content like the character ascension behind account lvl is just bs.

more mola or have 4 stars not use mola. another way could be to give more of the free mola (skill points) for a unit when you level 10 friendship, getting only 3 feels pretty bad

Two pretty big issues for me I'd say are ML5 acquisition rate and Mola amount/acquisition rate. ML5s are way too hard to get and are very, very centralizing to the game as they should be, but getting them is a huge grind or just get lucky lol. New players will find it almost impossible to get to the point where they have a good enough roster all the while they are pumping out more and more meta defining units. This kinda works in tandem with the second part. Molas are very impactful and can make or break runs and battles. They aren't a pain point for veteren players but new players will never catch up when it comes to them. A proposed solution for both is make the galaxy summon pity guarantee an ml5 this means even if you get unlucky, you still get coins towards a ML. As for Molas either reduce the cost of upgrading skills or just like double the amount we get.

it was just a sentence but the rerolling for bms and mystics is huge. i dont understand how this system benefits SG. for me personally, i dont want to spend money because it just means i have to spend time rerolling in the shop.

I've said this here before. But I lost my account because of my own fault. It doesn't matter because last time I played this game, I can farm Wyvern 10 or 11 within like 1 or less than a week. When I came back to start a new account. There's a new 6 starring system. And it was hyper slow. In Summoners war now, the speed run for the basic rune farming (like Wyvern) is like 1-3 days. 6-star team BTW I wish that is implemented. And YTbers can promote that you can start Gear Farming in the highest level in 1-3 days. Plus E7 has an infinite reroll system. The account I lost was already stacked but it doesn't matter to me because the game is actually generous for having pity. And if a player like me knows how to manage the resources. I can actually get banner units every other banner. I can get back what I lost. Also, the thing that holds me back in this game is Catalysts. I've complained about this ever since the birth of this game. I hate collecting Catalysts. But unfortunately I have to live with it. Together with the new SLOW 6-starring system.

I would like to see gear acquisition sped up, they release units so fast that I'm running out of gear.

They should hire more than 1 employee lol, can’t do much with a workforce of one employee. On a serious note I hate rift and refuse to do it when I can just farm banshee with no extra work. Just give units free and sell multiple skins for units would make tons of money.

I love epic seven and imo best gacha game i have played and i played most of the big ones but unfortunately people just get bored i dont think there is a way for e7 to bounce back big i love imo its the best pvp game but honestly there is no more room for improvement so people will get bored

We really don't know what is going on in the E7 team. I assume E7 team got a really bad order from top to make more money, or even worse thing might be they were ordered to wrap it up. Even with the CN market online, it's been half a year, it should not be like what we saw now, it's just not make sense. The right move for smile gate is making the company smaller, it's a tough one no matter what.

been playing E7 off and on since launch. while its one of the most f2p gachas out there, energy to farm hunts is still rly bad. Like RAID level bad. Summoners War is actually the most f2p friendly farming gacha out there and has been for years. i wish SG would finally lower the energy cost to farm hunts

They need to up the daily and weekly rewards. 5 bm and 100 SS daily would nice . Weekly more SS and bm a molgora. The crafting event should be every 2 weeks that helps with gear . Gold dungeon would be nice to farm . Hell difficulty could give 500k gold a run for 10 stamina . Rift should be shorter. There’s more but too much to write ..

So refreshing is better than buying bookmarks outright?

been playing for 3 years already and I only queued in world arena like 3 times. It's not for me

You pretty much summed up most of the mayor issues plaguing the game right now but to piggy-back off the pvp points that you touched on, it has become stale and its mostly due to the fact that out of almost 200 great units that are available only 20 get used since they are the ones that are dominating, and the surprising thing is that SG has this data yet nothing seems to be getting done about it, at least nothing of significance. Even logging in and running auto farm hunts seems like a waste of battery life at this point.

My biggest gripe with the game at this point as a new player is the on-boarding process is pretty bad. Mostly due to how brutally bad the equipment system in the game is. Sure people are like "its not a character gacha its a gear gacha" But at the end of the day if you're getting characters from gacha and unable to do ANYTHING with them because the equipment system is as bad as it is that is going to cause newer players to leave. Especially if the goal of the game is to push players into PvP.

The summoning system does need to be reworked. There no way to get characters if we can’t earn enough summon materials. Back to back limited characters is ridiculous

Yeah Sg should really slow down on releasing new units but i know if sg did that there will be many who will say "no new units games dead" or "trash game no new unit"

Netmarble is super greedy imo. I really like e7, but the rng for gear is my biggest gripe . I wish we had more mystics to grab as well but. That's just me it seems kinda hard to get moonlight units most of the time. And the molla gorah thing I wish they just took it out of the game. It's gates progression. I hope the game lasts and does well. But I'm unsure if th we they really listen to what ppl are saying unless it's from the CN server.

honestly i quit this game for honkai star rail i think the content is just lacking overall on E7 every event feels the exact same and character releseing with time inbetween to build them is none exsistant you will end up having like 70-300 character just not built sitting in your hero list. I also think locking skill upgrads behind something not farmable is terrible but its just my 2 cent played for about year and half great times but i think other gacha just outshine it atm.

I feel like they should just make more skins and make it a bit more affordable. Like buying a pack for 30 dollars just to get a skin turns off a lot of people. Like League of Legends, you can just buy a nice skin for like 12$. All of their pricings are so out of touch

Multiple skins for almost every unit with differing grades and pricing accordingly. Works for SO many games, like it's so obvious.

1. Nerf ML Yufine into the ground. 2. They need to reduce their packs price dramatically. 3. Go big on balance and buffing old units that are unplayable. 4. Dial back Rift difficulty by a little, shorten the season 5. Skins, but honestly, i think it's too late for that. 6. Take it easy on the back-to-back limited banners 7. Add more reasons to play World Arena and now Draft Arena in particular.

So... Contact for new players. It seems like most of the things introduce are for serious late game players or the whale system they tried to introduce.

Day 45 player here, their is no sense of progression. Stuck in story, stuck in abyss, no real chance to get gear to upgrade, too many characters. The balance between playing and progression is not good. I understood this is a pvp game, but if you cannot get new gear to fine tune your teams, what is the point.

Me a new player just doing daily missions then out. Fun Fact: I play smilegates another game OUTERPLANE and It's the same as E7 but 3D and more better than E7. But both games are boring now specifically Outerplane cuz It's heavy P2W and difficulty spikes HITS HARDER than E7. Plan to uninstall this 2 games in near future. And I'm pointing out some games like Azur Lane that this game is so F2P friendly, even the Gacha is super good but still kicking because of only skins. Grand Summoners also kicking just because of non ending anime collabs.

World arena just isnt possible. Whoever cash grabbed every unit and multiple artifacts are going to win most of the time. Not always but the odds go up dramatically.

I wish they would fix their broken characters that have been broken for a long time and fix their pull rates for F2P i refuse to spend money for a game that does not listen to their community

me personally I stopped playing becuase pvp became the main focus for the game. Everyone picks the same units for pvp/ guild wars. Alot of cheaters are on here. For pve hard content you almost have to have specific units for it.

It's been blatantly more cash-grabby since the Netmarble guy, they need to replace him. I'm not even a F2P player, I'm a clown that throws money at the game because I enjoy it and want to support the devs but it's blatantly obvious to everybody that they were trying to milk Chinese server whales and it makes me hesitate to spend more tbh. Also, they need to work on merchandise, a lot of it's pretty meh PLUS S&H alone makes a lot of it completely unaffordable for overseas players. They can't do a survey to see what regions would prefer merch and set up warehouses or partner with certain anime/video game stores to sell their stuff? Also, why haven't they done QOTW in the longest time? I swear the last time we had it was the Luluca/Lethe Summer Event but I went to check the Discord server and it looks like it's entirely gone now, lol. Is the Netmarble guy that allergic to criticism? I'm tired of finance bros ruining things for the sake of profit in every industry and leaving with their golden parachute that they didn't actually earn, it's scummy leech behavior.

For me buffs and nerfs. The fact that some heroes that are still meta for years should not happen. Their season infographic is just bad. Flaunting the same heroes at the top and having no drive to make changes.

I understand the sentiment but i will prefer it if they dont touch Garo at all rather than breaking him. Yes its boring to keep refreshing but to this date i feel like garo is a cheat code that the dev not intentionally made, i dont want them to do anything out of "convenient" just to ends up for them actually ruin him (like reducing rate, removing mystic, etc) In all game i ever play, Garo is literally the only one where the "secret shop" feature is actually not a scam

As a new player who tested many gachas so far, i feel like playing F2P the game is honestly quite generous, and to me what made the game survive all these years is the fact that it's the only gacha i know other than Summoners Wars where PvP is a serious thing and not something thrown just like that, despite the flaws it may have. For me, there are mainly 2 things that i struggle with so far: GEAR and CATALYSTS. Maybe i can grab catalysts by farming AP in auto-mode putting aside my phone and doing something else on my PC, still a pain, but at least achievable. But at the point where i am, i can't farm gear. Why? Because to do so, i need the proper units with the proper gear to do lvl.13 hunts, but to get the proper gear on those units, i need to farm gear... WHERE THE FUCK DO I START? xD If they could just fix this, i think i could cope with anything else so far honestly...

This game used to be free to play friendly. I remember leveling any unit don’t matter niche or meta or even 4 stars 3 stars and just have fun. Now it’s very hard to keep up with all these BS units. RGB heroes back then are actually usable and very fun to play around. Now it’s all just BS.

If you're new players, just focus on hunting. You get all units, you can't gear them anyway so what's the point? To put on a shelf? If you really want to pull a banner, you get countless skystones from adventure, just refresh to secret shop. If you just started u wanna compete with ppl who've been playing for years? How does that make sense? Stupid. It's not counter-strike.

more fun pve , allow us to insta-clear hunts, once we beat a hunt x amount of times. just let people instaclear it 20x with a single button. it still uses our energy, it just saves us time. forcing us to watch our teams clear hunts is really not exciting gameplay....i been playing this game for 3 years now on and off, and what always makes me want to quit is when i know i have to spam hunts to gear up my new chars.....its like we're already at a point where loot is so hard to come by, making us watch the team kill the hunt is just so flippin boring. Make the requirement to unlock instahunt clears like 200 successful clears or something. like it already feels like ass to do 100 wyv runs and MAYBE get 1-3 pieces you can roll and then they roll to ass, at least make my job of getting these possible pieces to roll NOT be so ass. You're still going to burn up my energy and whales will whale harder this way.

E7 is the one example of gacha game that lacking pve content, gear type distribution also doesn't make sense because there should be 8 type hunt instead of only 5, abyss and AT is the only pve content that feels rewarding and fun other than that is just complete trash

i know its harsh to say that but i think they should overhaul the gear system..In a design or looking perspective.. it just looks so dull, so uninteresting and so complicated. i love runes and gear and stuff like this.. coming from 4 years of playing summoners war. and boy was i runed.. but in e7 i dont have the incentive to gear my characters that much.. because it just looks so boring.. i dont know. this might be an idiotic take :)

I'm a new player an the worse thing in the game is - how to get good gear and mystic medals. Yes, i can play in noob gear for years, but that is definitely not the game I want to play. I get old until i get a good gear.
