I am a former salesperson so I trust no one when it comes to sales and marketing. After years of watching these two guys, I can say they are the only people in sales and marketing I trust point-blank. They say I believe it because they have never talked shit or over-promised. After buying a billion towels to make one car happy, I am down to buying only towels that do not ever lint. I buy twist loops, Pearls, The Premium. I wish the descriptions had linting info but I understand why they dont

Great podcast again! Very interisting story from the Dairy Farm. How much washes can one expect for car detailing? Very roughly of course.

The thing is that these guys make a far better product and it's literally only a couple bucks more than the cheap junk out there. I bought a mitt from another chemical company and it fell apart in the first washing. The liner came apart as well as the chenille fingers. I then bought their mitt and it's awesome - works better, feels better and lasts for only $3-4 more. Same story with towels. Spend the equivalent of one coffee on a quality product and it will work better, last longer and be a pleasure to use.

I generally like the Cosco towels, they have their place. The issue is the quality from one pack to another differs. Some towels i will use on paint and some i wont... the good quality towels are actually decent IMO.

Rag company needs to make a ceramic coating applicator sponge. That’s the only microfiber product that I don’t buy from you.

If microfiber melts at 140F, what about when I use the microfiber diaper method on my streamer. Is this method ruining our rags? I haven’t personally noticed damage,but maybe I’m losing life on the towel....

I want a 16x16 Gauntlet bad. I have a couple Chipmunks but the heavier GSM makes them bulky. 900 gsm would be awesome with a 16x16 Gauntlet. As far as the Pluffle.. the Plush waffle available is not even close in quality. The CM vs GAUNTLET.. the quality is close with TRC having a slightly better towel.
