Kapil sibal opens up argument citing sympathetic grounds for the cancer patients as the victims of the verdict. So, does this imply that one needs to be cancer patient in order to be eligible for the post of teacher in bengal? Another important point: these courts find ample time to sit for these cases, while no time for hearing to DA-related cases!

Is this the same as the the order given by High Court? The direction of putting off or not is to be decided on the basis of hearing,examining factual papers,directions with implementation etc. You, the bjp media and so called inhuman law pandits have been presenting as if S.C has already consented the verdict of H.C. Please try to understand that it is a very sensitive matter and it needs to be an extra cautious to present ,not to practise yellow journalism or egoistic professional anarchy.

If morning shows the day , the entire thing looks pretty bleak for the job holders , because the WB govt and the SSC still need to answer the same questions previously asked by the Calcutta high court ,the result being the termination of the entire panel . Besides , the entire recruitment system has been designed in such a way that there had been advance bookings for these posts not only by the tainted candidates but also there are many candidates that are waitlisted and also the ghost aspirants who dont even have to appear for either the written exam or the personality test to get the job . So if the School service commission provides the list of the tainted candidates before the court , those candidates will definitely pay a visit to the houses of the ones that took the bribe money from them. The WB govt is certainly not risking that . Instead , as we can see the farce that is being pulled out by the WB govt only to stop the CBI to arrest the cabinet and perhaps some delay until the election is over at the expense of the genuine job holders and us taxpayers .

Helo SSC in this context you should know School Service Commission. Not Staff Selection Commision. Shoul be rectified so far every word in legal format is.
