You are absolutely right about san morzano tomatoes. It's naturally sweet, do not need to add sugar. I add a bit of salt and fresh basil and it's amazing. It completely changed the game for pasta sauce. Those 3 ingredients is all you need for the perferct pasta sauce and pizza sauce.

Yo Quang, I tried Bun Dau Mam Tom for the first time in Vietnam and made the rookie mistake and ordered it via grab and ate it in my airbnb. Now the whole place smells like I am trying to hide a dead body. Btw..it was very good! I was surprised I would like it as much as I did but once you get past the smell of the sauce it's really good.

I feel like this could be like a hybrid recipes. I don't think there is a consensus on cooked vs not cooked sauce in NY but this reminds me more of the Italian side especially with not adding salt into the tomatoes and oregano. Amazing looking pizza.

Bro, clamp the cheese grater down to the counter. The rubber on the bottom is a suction piece and is held in place when you turn that second dial on the bottom.

You have come a long way making pizza. Looks great. However, you should add some oregano and salt to your crush tomatos. Also a little pecorino parmesan sprinkled over the sauce, but under the mozzarella. This will level you up.

Here in Australia, we'll put anything on a pizza. Could be bacon and eggs, could be potato and pumpkin, could be left over roast dinner. You name it, someone has put it on a pizza. Often they don't have the cheese, because they don't need it. Roast dinner and cheese? I don't think so! Maybe you could do a Vietnamese inspired pizza topping? I'm thinking Pho without the soup. Or FRIED CHICKEN!

I had bacon and eggs on a pizza once. I was actually really skeptical, but it was delicious! And there wasn't any kind of sauce or cheese on it. Just lots of crispy bacon and eggs. Oh and some sausage, but mostly bacon and eggs.
