When I say we couldn’t have homeschooled without TGATB, I mean it literally. It is also because of TGATB that our household has changed from being lazy Christians to active and thriving Christians pursuing God in every moment in our lives. You’re doing amazing work, Jenny. Thank you for all you are doing in not our our children’s lives, but in us teachers. God is using you in purely unexplainable yet profound ways. 💕

Beautiful testimony! Have you thought of the possibility of accepting donations through your site? This way you’re not charging for the curriculum but it gives parents the option to contribute if they are able and have it on their heart to do so. ❤️

Okay, I'm crying now. The Good and the Beautiful has been such a wonderful resource for my family! When I first started homeschooling, I was SO overwhelmed with curriculum choices. But when I heard about this curriculum, I felt a draw towards it. I've been using The Good and the Beautiful for 3 years now, and it has helped to transform me from and overwhelmed and unsure homeschool Mama, to someone who is confident in my abilities to teach my family. I have watched my oldest child blossom into an advid reader and lover of books, and I've got to experience the wonder in teaching my children to read. I get to learn alongside them. I cannot thank you enough for you kindness and generosity. I'm so thankful for you Jenny, and for all of your staff who have made this possible. You are truly changing the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I’ve been using this curriculum for 4 years now- it’s the best and I recommend it to everyone- we are Jewish and are living in Israel now- my kids are in school, yet we are still using TGTB after school to keep up with English- this video made me cry so much and I am so glad we found such a Godly curriculum written by such sweet and humble people! When I clicked on this video to learn more about this curriculum, I had no idea I would be in a puddle of tears. I’ve homeschooled my oldest 2 now 22 and 19 but I have a 6 yr old . We did public Kindergarten because I’m tired but it was an awful year. God started tugging on my heart to homeschool her. I’ve been praying about which curriculum to use and without a doubt it will be The Good and Beautiful. Thank you for sharing your heartfelt, beautiful God story.

Jenny, you are a blessing. I’m a 72-year-old grandma on Social Security teaching a nine-year-old granddaughter. This is my third year. If it weren’t for your free curriculum, I would never be able to do it. Before I searched whatever downloadable curriculum I could find and it was a hodgepodge. We’ve always included our Bible readings so this was perfect for us. I do print the free downloads and then I have her look at the iPad if she wants to see the color pages. Right now I’m trying to catch up on some things but I plan on working on buying the curriculum later. I can’t tell you how happy you made me when I found The Good and The Beautiful. You are truly an answer to my prayers. ❤

As a previous English Language Arts Teacher, and now a homeschool mom, this video wrecked me in EVERY GOOD AND BEAUTIFUL WAY! YOU are BEAUTIFUL, and I would TOTALLY be willing to give with NO RETURN to fund your God-given mission! This morning, I was a wreck because we are struggling financially, and I asked myself, "God, should I just go back to teaching?" I then saw this email I got my answer. I feel so unqualified and want to quit on most days because I feel I am not doing what I should. But then, as I listened to your story, I was also reminded that some flower beds have thorns. We work through the trenches of raising our children, but if we faint not, we WILL reap a harvest! Thank you!

Thank you so much for all you do!! I am a homeschooling mom of an elementary and high school student. I started using the Good and Beautiful with my daughter mid year last year because she needed a more hands-on approach that virtual education couldn't give her. I prayed so hard for something new for her that she would love. After her first math lesson she looked up at me and said, "Mommy I love this so much". I knew right then that God had answered my prayer! As a teacher in a private school for 23 years this is by far the BEST curriculum on the market!! This year God opened the door for me to teach 4 other students for a sweet family. My recommendation hands down for them was The Good and the Beautiful!! May God continue to bless you and give you wisdom!! I pray for a high school curriculum also. It's so needed, my son wants the curriculum that his sister has.❤

Every child that does this curriculum is a flower in your garden! Gardens take work and time and energy and pruning. Sometimes the actual work of gardening makes us want to quit, but the final growth and beauty of the flowers makes it worth it. ❤️ Your curriculum has changed our life's!!! Homeschool mama of 13 (10 that we homeschool this year). Your curriculum is so affordable, even for a large family like ours. I try to buy as much as I can from your site, while enjoying the free downloads. The schools opening in Africa excites me! I teared up with joyful tears when I heard that. Being a stay at home, homeschooling mom I tend to forget my missions work is my children! You get stuck in the day to day life and don't always see down the road. I am scared to homeschool, keep homeschooling really, because I feel like I don’t have any idea how to do this everyday. But hearing that you too struggle and have patience and trust in God, makes me know that I too can do this. Also I can not afford to buy all the these programs but having your free downloads has been a priceless treasure for my home. Thank God, Thank you Jenny, and Thank you to TGTB. Do not be afraid.. I was afraid also... I was using another curriculum..abeka... And felt overwhelmed... After slowly incorporating this curriculum I have found it to bring peace to my day..knowing that I didn't have to keep track of all the separate teachers books and the children's books... This curriculum has brought ease to teaching my kids ... Keep pushing forward... You are doing an amazing job!!

I was moved to tears by your video today. I am completely new to your curriculum, and I honestly don’t know anything about it. I am a veteran homeschool mom of 25 years. In June 2020 I officially finished homeschooling my third child, and we prepared to send him off to school. The month before, the day after Mother’s Day in May, I found out that I was pregnant with my fourth child. This was a miracle baby that we never expected. In the middle of corona, at the end of a very long season in my life, I was faced with the prospect of another 20 years of homeschooling. This mama‘s heart is so tired, and discouraged on many fronts. Your video today gave me a small spark of hope. I will be 64 years old when I am finished with the active parenting phase of my life. I’ve been doing it since I was 20. I thank you for continuing on even when it was hard. I will definitely be looking at your curriculum in another year or two before we begin pre-K with our little miracle baby who was born at 26 weeks gestation. Bless you and shalom.

Our oldest boys didn't really need a curriculum they are very independent but our younger boy really struggled, we wasted hundreds, but this curriculum was it for him. From tears to reading. Great curriculum! Okay...you are in tears, commented before finishing...our son wasn't just struggling with school we ALL were recovering from my husband's military injury that's left him basically with no life. I couldn't explain how much easier your curriculum has made our life. Just imagine a parent losing their health, their ability to even pick up a jug of milk, their job, their dreams, and then trying to homeschool a child who was upset and tired and needed simplicity. Oh Jenny! I'm in tears! This past year has been so hard on my family. We had to sell one car to pay off another. The belt seems tighter every time we buy groceries or pay bills. I have been fighting depression and anxiety that I had already overcome. I never wanted to homeschool my kids, but my eyes were opened to how a public education wasn't only failing but also harming my son. He was the kid that would do nothing in school but observe. He knew if he didn't do his work the bell would ring and he would still get to go home and play until his teacher complained. Anyway, it's been a struggle to teach him for that reason. I've been feeling so useless and wondering if I'm doing more harm than good by making such a drastic change...for him and for me. I see jobs that I am more than qualified for that would double our income if I put him back in public school. Things would be so much easier financially. It really is a sacrifice, and one that is often thankless, misunderstood and misrepresented. Thank you for what you do, and thank you for this beautiful message that kinda pulled me out of my misery and certainly made me cry like a baby. 😭 P.S. I have also shared your curriculum with anyone with ears to hear me! One mom from my homeschool group got the language curriculum for her kids upon my recommendation. She and her littles are immigrants from Ghana. 😉

I felt like I couldn’t homeschool. I didn’t have any support beyond my husband. My parents are against homeschooling. Our friends all send their children to public school. But God has told us in our hearts to homeschool. It’s so hard to find the right curriculum. And The Good and the Beautiful made it possible. My children are thriving. I am in your boat...I satrted homeschooling my 9th grader at the onset of the COVID oandemic due to financial constraints...EVERYONE in my community especially my "friends" are against it yet I feel called to do this. Only God has been giving me the courage to go on and not look back. Everyday I am a better homeschooling mum...and yet every day also the challenges get even tougher. I am withdrawing my 2 younger children from public school at the end of the year but I have already started using the free language arts curriculum for them already and I am determined not to look back. TGATB is new to me...yet so precious I feel like I have discovered gold LITERALLY...and most importantly I have found my purpose...to teach my jewels the beauty that is Jesus Christ. So keep on keeping on...I will uphold you in my prayers for strength and courage...we only need to hold on to HIS promises because they are yes and Amen.

I was a reluctant home school parent. In my research to prepare for our home school journey, your curriculum kept popping up time and time again. I was reluctant because I wasn't sure if I would would be able to service all the needs of my autistic son. The idea that they curriculum was available for free alleviated one of the many burdens of the journey ahead. Your story has produced tears that I never expected. I am grateful, you have chosen to follow the path you were presented. We still struggle, but my son is flourishing and is happier than he has ever been with school. Your journey is not yet complete. Your garden is still growing and we are happy to be one of the many flowers.

Seriously crying over here. We've been using your curriculum for 5 years. It was truly an answer to my prayers. It was the perfect combination EVERY other curriculum I wanted all in one place. It truly is open and go and filled with GOOD and BEAUTIFUL things that make teaching and learning wonderful. I ALWAYS recommend this curriculum to everyone. Your generous heart is very touching. Yes, yes, yes!!! You are that gardener! My oldest is 16 and I WISH I had this curriculum for him through his homeschool journey. My other 2 boys are 10 & 6. I am SO GRATEFUL to have the precious opportunity to walk through TGATB with them. It has made a world of difference for me as their teacher and for them as homeschooling students. I recently had twins and I felt like continuing with TGATB was just too much for me to keep up with with my older kids. I tried 2 different other curriculums but I honestly didn't feel good about either of them. We recently switched back and both my kids tell me they can feel the difference in their schooling and don't mind the extra work or time it takes them. I'm so grateful for your sacrifice Jenny. Your music blessed my life as a young woman and now you work blesses my children's lives. I hope you feel peace and comfort as you continue day to day with the work the Lord has intended you to take on.

I cried as I heard you tell your story. You have no idea just how many lives you have touched. I had homeschooled for over 20 years before finding TGTB. I was burned out and struggling. TGTB breathed new life into our homeschooling and into our family. I have enjoyed these years of homeschooling more than the 20 years prior. My only regret is that I didn’t have it sooner. I'm not crying, you're crying!! I just can't believe what an amazing person you are. I was first introduced to you through your music. There was a year that I was a youth group leader for the teen women in my church, and we used your CD for that year that included the songs like Honest, Happily Ever After, etc. I can't help but think of the words to all these beautiful songs and how God was preparing you to go on to create this homeschool experience for yourself and all of US. You didn't have to listen to that calling, but you did, and for that I am forever indebted and grateful.

This is beautiful! I know the curriculum gets love and hate. I must say , it’s working great for my family. My oldest is kindergarten and I’m newer to homeschool with 3 littles and a 4th on the way. Even when I don’t feel great, we can get through this curriculum and feel accomplished. I pray many blessings over this company and the seeds they are planting globally. It’s nice to know that we’re supporting something so positive in this day and age. I hope our family can give back like this one day.

I want to thank you so much for this curriculum. It has literally changed our lives. I Started homeschooling for the first time ever 2 years ago. I knew I needed to help my son and free him from the system. One of my neighbors introduced me to the Good and Beautiful curriculum, and we did. Now, we have successfully done 6th grade and 7th grade and we plan to continue all the way until Highschool and graduate at home. THANK YOU! We happily pay the price because the great value in content and amazing quality.

I was halfway through your beautiful message before I realized God was using you to speak to me. I too am owner of a child-centered business which is on the verge of expanding. I too just want to live a simple life at home- to be a gardener- and part of me is resisting and second guessing the expansion. This is confirmation for me...I am to keep on going. Fue muy abrumador iniciar con mi familia a hacer homeschool, vivo en CdMx y no tenemos muchas alternativas de hecho antes no había ninguna y todas son réplica de el curriculum del gobierno, actualmente tenemos 6 años haciendo escuela en casa, orando y buscando, informándome en otros países, otros métodos, así fue como encontré The Good and the Beautiful, se veía realmente hermoso, me encanto! Pero pequeño detalle, estava en inglés! Así que no fue una alternativa en ese momento y seguí buscando tarde otros años y volví a toparme con tu curriculum, vi tus videos en KZfaq y uno en especifico donde cuentas en cómo creaste este curriculum y la inspiración que recibiste para ponerlo gratis, eso toco mi corazón y supe que no tenía que estará buscando más y gastar mi vida y mi energía, y seguir en el desorden en nuestros estudios, sentí que debía hacerlo aunque ha sido un poco abrumador por el idioma pero hemos sido persistentes y a mis hijos les encanta. Ya no tenemos que buscar más, mi alma esta tranquila y feliz. Ahora dedico mi fuerza y energía a estudiar con mis hijos. Sé que nuestro Padre Celestial contesta nuestras oraciones. Gracias totales.

Hermosa historia. ❤️ me puedo indentidicar contigo. Nosotros vivimos en los norte America 🇺🇸 soy bilingue ingles y español. Es importante para nosotros que nuestros hijos ablen y lean español tambiem por eso solo ablamos español en la casa. Mi niño mayor esta en kinder, homeschool. Me encanto este curriculum pero igual que tu deseaba en español o bilingue. Lo compre y estoy traduciendolo en español. Quisiera que lo tengan en español pero nos gusta tanto a mi niño le encanta asi que estoy haciendo el esfuerzo. Dios te bendiga y a tu familia.

Well… I cried watching this video. What an incredible testimony and what a light you are in this world. I’m so incredibly thankful for TGATB and how it is working in mine and my children’s lives. Not only is it a beautiful curriculum, the heart behind it is also beautiful. The Lord is working in and through you in wonderful ways. Thank you for trusting Him to lead you through this journey. Many have been so very blessed. God is GOOD!

😭This is a direct answer to prayer! I have been wanting to leave my career and start homeschooling for three years, and we are finally making that move after the current school year. I followed your music. When I started to homeschool it was because of being prompted by the Spirit and not because I knew what I was doing. I loved your Parables album and took a songwriting course from you. When I saw your curriculum, I knew it was something I could trust and something I would love. Beautiful ❤ My 8 year old hated school, public and homeschool. But now only 7 months into The good and the beautiful math and la she is loving learning. Loving reading and loving math. My daughter reads for fun now and finally believes she is smart. She is so amazing and so brilliant, it just took the right care, the right watering, the right soil to encourage her to grow. Your curriclum did that. Praise Yahweh ❤

Today homeschool started out rough. Most days feel that way, but I know that what I am doing is so important in the lives of my four children. Thank you for all you are doing to provide such an uplifting curriculum. Thank you for sharing your story. It lifted me up today when I just wanted to throw the towel in and say, "I'm done." Your curriculum has made this challenging journey so much more enjoyable.

One step at the time. Our homeschool days is not always a butterfly pretty. Give your kids a sorksheet and read to them, or they read to themselves and you take it easy. Your children needs you in the long run.

It's good to hear that not everyone is having picture perfect homeschool days :). Most of our days start off rough too. Transitioning from morning routine to starting is difficult. Keep going! In the long run we'll be able to look back and see all those golden moments and the overall tapestry of each day. I think it'll be worth it!

Oh my goodness. Thank you. Thank you for the sacrifices you have made to make this wonderful curriculum for us, thank you for the blood, sweat, and tears throughout the years and the love, the time, and the money you have personally poured into my children’s education. You will probably never know how grateful for your sweet spirit I am, but I do, my children do, and all I can say is thank you. You have blessed and enriched our lives in such a special way, whenever I see a new or future homeschool family wondering how they can afford to homeschool, how they can manage it with multiple children, how they can find the courage to plant their feet firmly on the path I send them to you.

Someone recommended you on a Christian homeschool group and I am SO grateful they had♥️My youngest has autism and my older has ADHD and they are both delayed academically. The pace is perfect for them. Your curriculum has been such a blessing to us🙏 I no longer feel anxiety and am getting much more confident as I teach them your LA and Math. Wow, I wasn't expecting this would make me cry. Such a beautiful message and that Bible quite really hit me so hard today as I've been trying to do just that. 🙏 (Dealing with a medical diagnosis right now, trying so hard) I'm so glad I'm homeschooling right now. It started because of the pandemic, but I'm so blessed and thankful to be spending this precious time with my kids and your courses are wonderful. We love the math and LA. Thank you so much!

I cried watching this, I have 5 kids, ages 7 and under, with one on the way and there is no way I could homeschool without this amazing curriculum.. my kids love it and I feel so good sharing it with them. Such a beautiful testimony. You ARE a gardener and you’re truly changing families for generations. I learn so much, while teaching with TGTB, and the foundations my children are being taught will follow them into adulthood and future generations. The curriculum you provide is so well rounded and I don’t feel anxious that we’re either missing out or over-extending our time trying to fit in valuable life and academic lessons everyday. You do it so beautifully and our family is thankful!

I am so grateful for your work and your curriculum. It has helped my family tremendously. My son was selective mute for 7 years and was helped back in school because teachers couldn’t teach him. I downloaded your course and he loved it and learned so much. Even without speaking the teacher’s began to see a huge change in his school work. I continue to use them with him because he enjoys them and he learn so much more at ease with them. Thank you for all your hard work.

To Jenny and all those behind the scenes with The Good and Beautiful, Thank you for all that you do! I too was not expecting to find myself crying and greatly touched by an announcement video. Recently I was very moved by the story in my daughter’s 4th grade language book, “The Kingdom of Kind.” It was so sweet and beautifully written that we’ve decided to share it with all of our children for our morning devotional. Just today I was able to read to our 8 children about the three keys to happiness and they all shared several things that they were grateful for. These little gardening moments and opportunities of cultivating the souls of my children have been made possible in great part by the incredible resources offered by The Good and Beautiful. Jenny, I loved hearing from you personally and hearing your story of being led through overwhelming challenges. More days than not, homeschool feels so daunting. Your words of encouragement have made an impact on me and I thank you for the light that you share with all of us.

Oh my word! This video had me in tears! I am from South Africa. I came across Good and Beautiful when I first wanted to homeschool during the pandemic, but seeing that there are so many curriculums, options and that we are in a different country, I just did not go with it. I have soldiered through with various resources and getting to points where I also wanted to just be a gardener (a story for another day) and here God brought me to this video as I journaled this morning. What a blessing. What an amazing story! Thank you. I think God is also trying to tell me to go with what my heart was pulled towards in the first place. My hearts desire would be to bring your curriculum to our country translated in Afrikaans (one of our main homeschooling Language markets), because that would be such a blessing. Until then I will just stand in awe of your journey and testimony. God bless you!

Tears! I remember finding your curriculum after 13 years of homeschooling. I was so burnt out after repeating the same curriculum again and again with each child. Your curriculum has cultivated a love for family, God, country and learning. I tell everyone I can about your curriculum. It is a game changer. I wonder if we could donate to help with the buildings you need. And help with the schools you are building. I am nearly done homeschooling my own children but I want to continue to teach others. I am forever grateful for you and all of your TGATB community. This allows me to help my children grow and learn academically but also spiritually. I was thankful to be able to start homeschooling 5 years ago, then became even more thankful during Covid because our lives didn’t change at all schooling wise. Now seeing and hearing how children are being taught in school and how parents are fighting back against public education for their own children it makes me even more thankful. I know exactly how and what my children are being taught and I know they are gaining knowledge and wisdom to become great and humble leaders for their families and friends. Thank you so much for persevering through all the hard times. TGATB has been such a blessing to us! Kindergarten for my oldest was somewhat of a rough start to homeschooling for us. She didn't enjoy her work and I worried if she was learning what she needed to as I was king of piecing together her language arts curriculum. This past summer I found out about TGATB and first grade has been so much less stressful for me and enjoyable for my daughter. It gas completely changed our homeschooling experience and I am so so thankful to you, Jenny, and your team!
