@@Tenno-Frame During practice its common to have one player shoot like 20-50 shots in a row with 1 or 2 other people rebounding for them. Then they switch positions so the shooter becomes the rebounder and the rebounder gets their turn to shoot. This helps build a rhyme since they don't have to waste time rebounding for themselves. The joke "stop throwing the ball" is that LeBron was shooting and then someone interrupted him with the Harden trade news. He then starts to flip out. The rebounder though kept passing him the ball even though he was obviously to distracted by the news to keep up with the shooting drill.
