I am sorry if you went through a negative experience but not all Muslim men expect their non-Muslim wives to make sacrifices. My first cousin who is a practicing Muslim is married to a Christian British woman. They have been married for 47 years. They now have grandkids. My cousin is a very educated man and he was raised in a big city in Pakistan. If someone marries a less educated man or someone from a conservative rural background, then you have a problem. So it really depends who you marry. As far as Imran Khan is concerned, his marriage with Jemima did not end due to religious or cultural differences at all.
