He moved to Ghana 10 years ago during the war and never gave up his faith in Ghana despite the challenges. He has something to tell every immigrant, no matter where you are.

Perhaps it might be a good idea to indicate that Ghanaian and Ivorians are related instead of saying they are Ghanaians. Think of it, What will you take? It means Ghanaians are Ivorians.

Ghana relates to Ivory Coast by means of Ethnicity. The Akan people of Ghana relates to the Akan people in Ivory Coast. Interesting, they both relate the Akan people of Togo. Ivory Coast Akan people are in majority in terms of their population. They are 38% of Ivory Coast population. The same way, Akan population in Ghana are majority. They are 47.3% of Ghana’s population. This is how we Ghanaians relate to Ivory Coast. Historically the Akan people migrated from old Ghana Empire and first settled in Ivory Coast, then some continued to Ghana and the rest ended in Togo.

Why you calling him a foreigner his mum is a Ghanaian if your mum is Ghanaian automatically you are Ghanaian because he’s a an Akan

A lot of people in Ivory Coast are from The Asante Kingdom . The former president Offei Boahe was a Ghanaian from Nsuta in Ashanti Region . Just a couple of months ago , his son died and the family came from Ivory Coast to inform Asantehene about the death . Asantehene gave them the permission to go and do the burial and funeral ceremony . He also assured the delegate that he will be there for the funeral in Ivory Coast .

@@elijahtk3893 no , that is a lie . Even his son who was also a president has come to see The Asantehene before he passed away . You will see Asantehene delegation in Ivory Coast for the funeral . The delegate came to Ghana to see The Asantehene just about a month ago . Do your research very well . They come from Mampong area in Ashanti Region . That is their origin . Ask why some people on the east of Ivory Coast speak Twi .

Baule people are Asantes, Nsuta Mampong is their home town. The history is emphatically clear for everyone to see. Many Ivorians are Ghanaians.

in the past those of us in preparatory school were taught French before secondary school. now some private schools teach German French and Spanish in primary school the kid's parents choose which language.

I have an inzima friend s here in Europe that about 90% of them are using ivorian passport anyway he has done well by taking this positive steps for the past 10 years kudos 👌

Thanks for saying you dont curse your host and expect to do well. Excuse me to say, Nigerian youtubers like Maazi Seba do not know that. ECOWAS is giving some Nigerians false sense of entitlement. There is a saying in Ghana that, "kata wodi3so, n3 bie obi di3so" cover or ignore your challenges or bad of your country and talk about challenges of your host. The funny part is usually the host has a better record of talking, demonstrating and pressurising their governments to fix their challenges better than some of these Nigerians who have never participated in any demonstration or gone on radio to pressure their government to fix some of the challenges in Nigeria being pointed out in Ghana. A strong opinion in Ghana as a non-citizen will not go anywhere except annoy people. Most foreigners everywhere in the world try to avoid putting their mouth in challenges of their host but unfortunately some Nigerians do and when the host turns on them, it's described as hate. You don't need to praise Ghana. Infact there is no need to say anything at all. If you are not happy in a particular country, you move to another. The world is a big place.
