May's life started out hard. I was happy to learn that she had so many people who cared dearly for her. At least she didn't have to die alone. Aunt Lucy taught her brother-in-law, to never beat her little sister again, with her skillet. I have never had to use a skillet for protection. I'm well armed, because I have more than one skillet. Thank you for another wonderful story.

I loved this story of your family. The best stories are from family to me. My dad grew up in the mountains of Pennsylvania, my grandpa owned land up there so the family could stay close. Except my dad he joined the army. I just remember him telling me a story of grandma and her rolling pin. Bless you you took me back
