Japan is far more than console gaming, referencing the war wasn't required, poor taste. Also weird was people speaking about origins, PS1, as if they experienced it firsthand, when they likely weren't born, old enough to comprehend gaming in early 90s.

25:52 .......except smart phones came out before 2014.......the iPhone came out about 2 years after the PSP....So who is this guy, and wtf is he talking about? You got the wrong guy to give a statement on a documentary.

The PSP came out in 2005 though, well before any mainstream "smart-phones." I don't know where you're getting 2014 from?

First cell phone system was 1981. First smartphone was 1994. First iPhone was 2007, seems longer. They were all too young to be talking about early 90s PS1 origins. If interested, other docos are "Atari Game Over (2014)", "Insert Coin (2020)", and Console Wars (2020)

PSVR will never be anything but a gimmick/novelty. Not until Sony bundle's it with their system with little to no price increase. They're gonna have to eat the price of the unit, and make up the money on the backend on game sales. Once they do this, a TON of developers will start making VR games

Laughably bad. Was the sound editor deaf? Even the subtitles give up saying “voice drowned out by music”. The volumes are all over the place, sometimes reverbed, sometimes sounding like underwater, often changing properties in mid sentence. How did this get released in this state? Apart from that, nothing new just a bunch of “who?” Talking heads (you can barely hear)
