When I began watching this video, what kept coming up for me was that this is what children are doing all the time. When they are pretending to be a character, they fully embody them (including how they would feel, think, act) and use creative visualization (focused intention) to animate them.

Yeah I think we have to choose who it is that we want to pretend to be in each moment. Unless we want to do 5 minutes of meditative breathing before every response like Eckhart Tolle. ;)

Not just kids. Why do you say just kids? Everyone must do this all the time growing up and into adult years to be successful or good at anything. We all start off with no skills, no knowledge no anything. We have to imagine we can do anything before we can do it, visualize ourselves doing whatever it is, etc..practice it physically and mentally

I was a bit young at the time and really didn't understand paradigms, etc so I couldn't do it because I was trying too hard and not able to "listen" to my doppelganger. Now I'm curious to try it again now that I'm a lot different and understanding manifestation better

Perhaps quantum jumping is not getting in touch with another version of yourself to acquire information perhaps it is simply changing the channel and moving into an alternate reality which might be quite similar than our current reality but different in ways that match your intention. There are countless multiple realities that we can switch over to. Many of us might have died many times already and switched many times over and we do not even realize it.

For me, it’s a closed belief that quantum jumping exists. Everyone, and I mean, everyone can quantum jump into another universe/reality. It’s simple. All you do is gain consciousness in your desired universe/reality, a reality that you have subconsciously specified you want to go to. There are infinite realities, therefore, there are infinite possibilities.

Russian psychiatrist Raikoff was first that came up with this in the 20th century. It is called Raikoff Effect. He hypnotized subjects and had them be "possessed" by different models for skills building. He noticed that after he gave people hypnotic suggestions the people could retain the skills they demonstrated during hypnosis. Burt Goldman took this concept, combined it with Silva Method of self hypnosis, and named it quantum jumping. And voila! Smart man. Thank you!

Once the soul decided to have an incarnation, the consciousness is cascading down in vibration, splitting itself up into the Higher Mind, the template level reality and the physical mind (beliefs, emotions, thoughts). These levels are complemented by the levels of the individual automatic mind (patterns and habits of which the individual is unaware), and the level of the collective automatic mind, where the rules of the game are laid out (gravity, speed of light, up and down, right and left, etc.), where we have a specific agreement with the collective regarding the theme we are going to explore in this incarnation. The level of the playing field of our physical life game is the collective automatic mind. It is the game board, where we are active as a physical 3-D player, i.e. where our individual life events unfold, in line with the rules and the theme that we have chosen. Shaped and orchestrated by the Higher Mind through the template level reality, which is the overlap area with the physical mind, where we have always the possibility of making course corrections should we wish to make them. The specific moves we are making with our player (the physical personality structure) on the board (physical reality) are the results of the thoughts that stem from the feelings that stem from your beliefs, all the way down vibrationally from the template level reality, where our definitions and beliefs (those with which we were borne and those we have taken on in the process of socialization) are anchored to co-create the events in physical life (together with the Higher Mind). ‘All experiences in life are based upon the strongest definitions you have bought into about that reality’ (Bashar). Physical reality is simply a reflection, a projection of consciousness in line with the vibratory level of the state of being at any given single moment. From moment to moment to moment. Shifting billions of times per second through billions of static virtual reality frames, thus creating the illusion of time and movement, and allowing ourselves to have experiences in life. This is what creation is all about, on all levels which are less than the ‘One’, which can thus experience itself as the ‘One’ through the reflections of ‘All-that-is’. We are all an eternal and indestructible aspect of ‘All-that-is’ with an ‘I’- identity which will never dissolve and which can never get annihilated. The physical reality does not have any solidity onto itself. It is the projection background for the ‘physical’ experiences to unfold, reflecting like a mirror the vibrations of our definitions and belief systems (with the respective feelings and emotions, the thoughts and the patterns of behaviour), translated into physical events - one to one. On the way to shifting more consciously in order to thus create a reality which is more in alignment with our desires and expectations, it is important to get in touch with the beliefs and definitions which are determining our life experiences, whether we are aware of it or not. All possible realities are here and now. We just do not perceive (and ‘get’) them as long as the frequency of the definitions and beliefs with which we are operating in life are not at the same frequency level. ‘You cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of’ (Bashar). As physical reality does not exist (onto itself), what determines what kind of reality we ‘get’ (what we project into ‘being out there’ with our consciousness), at a renewal rate of billions of virtual reality frames per second) is the vibratory level of the actual driver of the physical illusion game: our individual definitions and belief systems. According to Bashar the control panels on his ship are invisible to others. When asked about ancient Greek and Roman texts referring to a time when inhabitants of parts of Europe could not see the Moon, as the Moon was ‘not yet there’, he explains that these people, the Proselenes, were just not vibrating on the levels, which would have allowed them to see this planetary object. It was there, but they were not able to perceive it. ‘The period when the Earth was Moonless is probably the most remote recollection of mankind. Democritus and Anaxagoras taught that there was a time when the Earth was without the Moon. Aristotle wrote that Arcadia in Greece, before being inhabited by the Hellenes, had a population of Pelasgians, and that these aborigines occupied the land already before there was a moon in the sky above the Earth; for this reason they were called Proselenes’. (www.varchive.org/itb/sansmoon.htm) When creating the illusion of physical reality, all the vibratory levels involved - with the exception of the collective automatic mind and to a certain extent the individual automatic mind - are constantly collapsing to a single point of neutrality and expanding again with a new individual pattern of vibration. This process of collapsing and expanding is actually what allows the consciousness to shift from virtual reality frame to virtual reality frame, billions of times per second. This is how the illusion of time and movement is created. As the vibratory patterns are changing from moment to moment to moment, on all the levels described, we are constantly creating ourselves anew, literally becoming a totally new person in a totally new reality without any history. Every change (from one reality projection to the next) is a total change. Thus it becomes more comprehensible why and how history is created from the present - by making new connections to a variety of other parallel reality frames relevant for the new version of ourselves which we are, from moment to moment to moment, and the respective new versions of our friends and our entire social environment. Accordingly, we are never stuck. We are constantly renewing ourselves vibrationally (i.e. ‘physically’), not bound in any way by any unpleasant event, however always within the confines of the rules of the game we all agreed to abide by as laid out on the level of the collective automatic mind. The collective automatic mind with the parameters of our physical reality, and - ‘to a certain extent’ (Bashar), the individual automatic mind with the agreement regarding the theme we have chosen to explore in this incarnation, don’t collapse. They are the levels which help anchor ourselves in physical reality to ensure the impression of continuity alongside the constant process of collapsing and expanding, when forming and exhibiting new and modified vibrational patterns making up a constantly new personality. For more detailed information please visit ‘Bashar communications’ . www.sethforum.de/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=17.

Insightful comment! You seem to be very knowledgeable in terms of how reality works. I'd like to ask you some questions which have been bothering me severely. Since our "souls" or individualized aspects of consciousness are constantly shifting to new realities according to our vibration and infinite number of realities exist, what guarantees that other people in your life are the same versions of themselves that you remember having history with? Does an individual soul only ever have one actual experience and the paralell realities are just possibilities that exist but not actual realities where another version of me is actually living? And do you only bring these paralell realities into existence/life by shifting into them vibrationally and before that they were just existing possibilities? Literally the only thing that I'd ever ask for would be to be together with my family members forever, the versions that I remember having history with that is. And the idea that infinite amount realities exist and therefore infinite amount of versions of my family members exist and which versions exist in my current reality is only determined by my beliefs/vibration pretty much destroys me. That's why I hope that there is some truth to the idea that the essence of who we are only exists in one place (our current reality) and paralell realities are just existing possibilities which you bring to life by shifting into them. I've read many stories where people have shifted into realities where people they previously knew didn't even recognize them. For example someone shifted into a reality where her ex who she had been together for years with didn't have any memory of her. These kind of stories absolutely terrify me. Can you offer any helpful insight here? I'd greatly appreciate your thoughts on this, I hope you can understand my rambling, and sorry if my english isn't perfect, it's not my first language.

Every night as I dream, I find myself as different people in different bodies, in different times, in different places. I think everyone is going through the same thing nightly, but because people don’t ponder their dreams, they don’t stop to think where is their perspective coming from when they think back on what they were dreaming about. If they stop to think about this, then this will make them realize, the truth, that we are not just this current body that we occupy when we wake everyday. We will realize that when we sleep in this body, we wake up in another. We are literally everyone and everything. Thank you for the work that you do, Brother 💡💗👁

Astrologically speaking, at his exact age is when humans naturally have a super empowering and gifted state of being. Molly McCord talks about this. Every human has a few significant points in their life that is visible in their birth charts, just before 30 , 40 something “mid life crisis”, and early 80s were the most standout ages. Also she mentions how the elders in our society are being neglected, many people aren’t vital at age 80 and we ARE meant to be. This is the Elders and wisemen and women in society we need and are missing. Stay healthy because 80 something is another sort of “PRIME”

He's not "Quantum Jumping". The higher conscious mind knows all and has the answer to every question and knows how to learn every skill in the most creative ways. Savants are a naturally occurring demonstration of this. The mind is more powerful than most people know. He is essentially meditating and through it creating manifestations of his desires and that is acting as a mental construct through which knowledge of the higher conscious mind can manifest itself.

I see what you are saying but everything is made of imagination and potential is infinite, I think, so I can see how he may be saying the same thing just in a different way. I like his 10 mi nute guided meditation for imagining seeing yourself doing what you want to do and then moving into that person and then being the one doing it. It seems like a very good concept to help to attract the information by imagining ourselves as already having it which I believe we each actually do have all the information within us but I don't believe that every possible reality is played out because then there would be no free will and a lot of realities would really really suck. 🙈😇

This is why you don’t progress, you try look for the wrong, rather the good, which matters most. Don’t focus too much on negative thoughts, and rather the good ones, and you’ll see through this and see that he’s just proud of his work, and his progresses. I would be proud too, you would feel proud too, and you’d want to teach. He has a great talent for helping himself, with the help of his other consciousness. Your negative thoughts are feeding on your mind, so just try working towards thinking better towards things, don’t look at other peoples success as something negative, but rather something we’re all capable of. We’re all human and he have no different abilities. Let it help you grown into a better person, and work towards it. We’re all dreamers, we all have dreams. So let those help you, rather than looking at them negatively.

I have had `extreme back pain` and what I do to remove it is ~ lay down comfy; close they eyes and Focus on the area where I am not sore and this leads me to sleeping easily and other `things` ... If your back pain is `sore` it is because you are putting all your attention on the negative pain ~ instead of the positive absence of it: EDIT- -> It is my consideration that if one is to comment on KZfaq then such comments should be insightful and or helpful to others: A sort of extension of gratitude for recieving it in the first place: I despair when people acquire helpful `knowledge` and dont pass it on because it `took them so long` to find it out; and feed it to people in bit parts: WTF? My upcoming channel will be all about dealing with Physical~Mental Pain Scars etc through the non reactionary mind leading to wholistic thinking and Hemisync [linking the left and right brains as one] [AD + PROFIT FREE AS IS MY OTHER CURRENT ONE]

@@Jasmineb0826 Yea, I'd say quantum jumping is another technique for the Law of Attraction and it seems to me that different techniques work for different people and it depends on which one a person believes in. I definitely believe in the Law of Attraction and our realities to be as we imagine ourselves to be. We see on the outside what we choose to be on the inside and every choice is a Quantum Leap into a new reality as a new person and I mean this literally.

I think it is a wonderful idea to open yourself to your creative side through meditation and finding answers in yourself. That said, I am not sure I am very impressed by the piano playing or even with artwork...These things do require some skill, even if improvisation can bring you a bit into it, eventually you will need to practice, but practice itself is a meditation with very intense concentration, so it is all good.

Yeah, Walter Russell said knowledge has to be brought into the physical by thinking and practicing technique but he seems to have been able to have brought his life of experience into quick progress in the present. I believe that the Universe answers all questions in the order that we can understand them. We may see the structure of the electron transfer chain or whatever but we still have to figure out what exactly to do to create it.

And this has happened to me 3 times were I feel my soul almost intently zoom out to what I can describe as space but it feels like I’m jumping through a parallel universes not just one but multiple like I’m trying to take myself somewhere. But I always get scared tell myself I want to go home and zoom back to my body and it’s almost like I’m already awake when I return. So I honestly want to know what this is. Am I over thinking it, or Is it ,what I’m explaining. Also I’d like to add that the first time just happen and the other two times were on purpose.
