I met him at a restaurant in Melbourne Beach FL when he was working on a house in the area. Rob and his crew were all very nice and very respectable to everyone in the community.

Vanilla Ice is a smart guy that went from rapper to real estate investor. 10 years ago I saw him buying appliances for his houses at Brandsmart when I was working as a security guard

On top of all that, did you know that Vanilla Ice was one of the best Jet Ski Racers in the World in the mid-90s? If I remember correctly he was ranked as high as 5th in the World lol

He was first "rapper" to have a #1 song (I watched a handful of *VIP* was entertaining but was for the wealthy compared to other home makeover shows) You not knowing the culture backlash allowed you to do this video with no bias *He settled that sampling lawsuit for $4mill In 1990's dollars) but he gets the royalties when under pressure or Ice Ice baby is played/used*

I seen a few episodes. Not remarkable. The key to be a flipper is buying homes with cash. Carrying a loan kills flippers because you run out of cash if you can’t flip it fast enough. He’s the perfect flipper because he pays cash and can hold out long enough to see a huge profit.
