This was such an amazing stream. I think Jerma put it best when he said that it's events like these that truly raise the bar of what is possible on the platform as a whole. I mean it helps legitimise the platform. All industries have industry awards, and the future is going to be MORE streaming not less. QT is a ridiculously canny business woman who knows this and is basically coming in early to be the founder of the Online Streamer Oscars.

I REALLY hope sponsors take notice on how well set up this was. Maybe next year it can be funded greatly to be bigger and better. I hope the event ends up having even more streamers next year. QT is amazing and really brings streamer dreams into reality, not many streams can do what she does.

Of course the sponsors cares about how the show goes, if the show goes to shit and gets no viewers then the money they invested they would have gone to waste. If there is a vested interest in something, there is a mutual understanding from both parties about the success of the investment. Literal common sense.

yo QT I just wanna say I think you guys absolutely killed this for the first year doing it and thank you for putting on a great show. It's odd we live in a world that it's "more fun" to hate on someone for trying to succeed or do big things with their lives rather than just be happy for them or enjoy all the effort they put into it. I hope you don't let any of the negativity get you down enough to stop you from doing what you do or continuing your growth. Ngl I thought it was gonna be way more scuffed but the overall presentation went really smooth actually. I enjoyed it allot. Would be cool to see something similiar again next year. But even if it doesn't work out next year, we still got this amazing experience this year. Good Job everyone

Most viewers I think I saw was 326k, and that doesn’t include Charlie holding like 40k and whoever else was streaming it. That’s insane and I’m so glad you streamed it from your channel. You and everyone around you did an amazing job and I can’t wait for 2023!

Must have been hard to put an awards show on for her BF. Shame they couldn’t find dresses that fitted either. Constantly falling over - most of the streamers were clearly on drugs - jokes were non existent and crowd were actually quite dickish

Congrats on this, such a fun and memorable event and a rare treat in the streaming world. The attention to detail are so excellent, and as someone who has worked on events for most of their adult life (in one capacity or another) this is just such a great show with an outstanding team. It’s so easy for those who have never been involved in producing something like this (a live beast of a show where Murphy’s Law reigns, with a million moving parts and hundreds of different people) to not understand how unprecedented and amazing this is on the platform. Massive kudos to everyone involved, and especially to QT.

Just want to say that this was a great event, from start to end it was amazing. There was not a single sec where I was bored. Even the "mistakes" were great, everyone was fantastic. QT and Maya did a fantastic job as host(s) and they looked beautiful doing it. I realy hope that this will continue for many years to come.

Literally trying to create drama out of nothing, if black content creators had bigger communities they would be here and there are black content creators here. But the creators here are mostly close to America, and are close to OTV + OTK. OTV is mostly asian and OTK is a mix. There's amazing black creators like myth, Aphromoo, and Nick. Guess what, Nick and myth are very close to OTV + OTK. It's not even about racism lmao, it's just there arent alot of black creators that are big and close to those two orgs. It's clear to see people don't give a shit about color either, if they did Myth and Nick wouldn't even be apart of it. Plus if it was Racism Myth wouldn't have been one of the biggest creators during the fortnite days and still be balling today.

This was purely a number based show, and they already have a large variety of races if that's what you're concerned about rather than just enjoying the show.
