My pick would be something like this: Passive: Veigar's "Phenomenal Evil Power". I think the ability to infinitely get AP during a game is really good, allowing you to build something more than just AP items, like tank or even support items to help yourself/your team and still have 1000+ AP in the late game. Q: Veigar's "Baleful Strike". Relatively low CD for a mage, has good damage and hits up to 2 units with a respectable range of 950 units. Low mana, low cooldown for a mage, it's a really good poke tool. W: Veigar's "Dark Matter". Is there really much I need to say about this? 300 base + 100% AP scaling, allowing you to literally one shot squishies in the late game. The only problem, is that it has a big indicator and a 1.2 delay, so enemies can move out of the way with ease, so you need some sort of setup, which leads me into.... E: Veigar's "Event Horizon". As you said in the video, it's a 1.5/2.5 second stun, that lasts for 3 seconds and can hit multiple champions, even locking down dashes so you need to waste flash or another dash. Even if you don't get the stun, as long as the enemy is inside the cage, you can hit your Q and W (Plus any items you have) with relative ease. R: Veigar's "Primordial Burst" Not much to say here. Just a good, single target damaging ability that gets stronger the lower your target is on health. In the late game, a good Q+W+R combo can take down pretty much anyone, and your E allows you to have the setup to get the kill. Really good ability. I have no bias

I am very suprised veigar passive didn't get mentioned, if you combined it with any spamable ability or ticking attack you could easily reach 1000 extra abilty power concistantly.

Anivia's wall is insane, malz passive is free item, veigar E for an awesome threat, and many ult like veigar 's for an execute, or cassiopea's R, even Anivia R able to ruin an entire team fight.

Imagine orianna's passive (all the abilities come from the ball) and Q (move the ball wherever you want) with lissanra's w (a root with instant cast)

I'm pretty sure Seraphine Passive + Taliyah Q is actually great since you get a normal cast and a boulder with 1 button press.

P: Karma's passive (useless without Mantra ult) Q: Brand Q (single target with low AP scaling) W: Aurelion Sol W (useless without star circle) E: Twisted Fate E (it has no active. But you can AA faster and harder I guess) R: Zoe R (What are u doing? Dodging a skillshot?) There you go, now try to be useful in this game. Part 2.

Think Veigar's passive deserves at least an honorable mention. No matter what extra AP for a mage is going to be useful and if you took it with highly spammable abilities (or probably abilities that hit multiple times in one cast) you could stack it up to absurd degrees very quickly. Combine that with just stronger damaging basic abilities and you have an absolute monster of a champion. Imagine, for example, using karthus ult with over 1k ap at 20 mins, seems pretty disgusting to me.

I’d think that Vel’Koz passive should have also gotten an honorable mention, because it’s a free burst of true damage after hitting three abilities. It would be worse than Annie’s but it would still be broken on mages like Ryze or Cassiopeia.

I mean I can also say Veigar’s passive would be a good contender as well because getting free AP on any mage is stupid. Since there is technically a hard limit on AP from items (minus runes), giving other mages the ability to infinitely scale is scary.

Once you've done the main 6 I'd love a vid on specialist abilities. Obviously it would be hard as they all don't even have the same playstyles but it would be cool due to the massive number of zoning abilities and super ultimates

I think with the new mini-rework that Taliyah had I believe she could make use of seraphine's passive due to the worked ground q doing tons of damage and providing a decent slow

As an Anivia main I actually kinda disagree with Anivia R being a contender here. Her kit already has lockdown to keep champions in her R, and her R deals damage primarily by enabling her E, which is her real damage. So in isolation it doesn't do a lot of damage.

Karthus passive would not be better on other mages, as they have high cooldowns to do much in 7 seconds, also being rooted in one place does not help especially when u have skillshots to land. This ability would be much better and kinda busted on marksmen, vice verca I disagree about Sera's passive being better on adcs, as they usually don't have abilities, that make big use of double casting and notes can be stacked while you are in group and if u spam abilities, so yet again mages make a better use of this one. I would replace Karthus' passive with Veigar's passive.

I'm surprised you didn't talk about Veigar Passive + Cassiopeia E You could get insane amounts of AP on team fights just from being there, specially if you have CC like Twisted Fate's card. If you add Ahri's ult then you get 3 instant reposition everytime you kill someone Just a thought

Zoe's paddle star is only good in combination with her e and r, otherwise it's not that great, also spell thief while being strong, is nowhere near the strongest, as it's pretty inconsistent.

My choice would probably be: P: Veigar's "Phenomenal Evil Power." It's an amazing scaling ability that gives ap champs the boost of AP necessary as they are all so heavily spell reliant. Imagine a 1000+ AP Lux Final Spark with a cooldown of around 10 seconds. You basically have Veigar's ultimate on a 10 second cooldown. On top of this, mages don't have access to high AP items that are also super useful utility wise because that would make them overpowered, so this passive could make up the difference for many champions. (Hypothetically if we weren't limiting this to just mages, imagine a Blitzcrank with this passive.. his ult would literally oneshot) Q: This one was hard but I settled on Vladimir's "Transfusion" an in lane sustain with a good amount of damage in the late game. This is also a wonderful tool for easy last hits on minions and can create a vast variety of combinations for broken mages. Even though it would technically be possible to just use the rest of Vladimir's kit so that this champion doesn't require mana, you could easily give up Crimson Rush as the extra damage and movement speed could easily be made up for by the passive/other abilities... which brings me to W: Zoe's "Spell Thief" this ability literally does what Crimson Rush does on Transfusion. Extra movement speed and damage but it also comes with a bonus of free spells and items. This ability is so unbearably broken that it is only really limited by the champion it is on. Because so much of Zoe's power lays in Paddle Star, removing this ability from her kit to another champion could create the most broken bs thing ever. And it doesn't cost mana. E: This one too me the longest to decide but I would probably go for Lux's "Lucent Singularity." just because of the sheer amount of utility and easy damage packed into this ability. Though this has indeed broken our streak of manaless abilities, guess what, having Veigar's P allows you to focus much more on mana items. This can be used as a scouting tool when picking up Summoner Spells after a teamfight you weren't present for, or even just to zone enemies out of Dragon and Baron pit in late game when you have a lot of AP so that squishies cannot walk in without being absolutely ruined. R: Ah the ultimate. Ahri's Spirit Rush, no question's asked. Even though the resetting mechanic is locked behind Ahri's Essence Theft, you can still use the three dashes on literally any champion in the game and it would be broken. Even though technically this is hyper-specific, this example happens so often that I don't mind including it here: Imagine you have this kit and let's say 25 minutes into the game. You're at a respectable 600-700 AP with 3 items. You use your Lux E and have just happened to pick up a Rocketbelt from a nearby minion (this isn't even really necessary). You hit someone with Lucent Singularity and you proceed to dash in with Spirit Rush and Rocketbelt and then kill them with Transfusion and use another charge of Spirit Rush to get away. Like I said, this is hyper-specific, but Spirit Rush just gives so much access to so many different opportunities that it is hilarious to think about what it could do on other champions. I would say that this isn't probably the BEST BEST set of ability combinations, but it could be absolutely broken in most game situations. Honorable mentions for each ability: P: Vex's "Doom n' Gloom," Annie's "Pyromania," and Malzahar's "Void Shift." Q: Lux's "Light Binding," Zoe's "Paddle Star," and Taliyah's "Threaded Volley." W: Vex's "Personal Space," TF's "Pick a Card," and Seraphine's "Surround Sound." (imagine this with the AP scaling of Veigar P) E: Veigar's "Event Horizon," Sylas's "Abscond/Abduct," and Vel'Koz's "Tectonic Disruption" R: Leblanc's "Mimic," TF's "Destiny," and Seraphine's "Encore"

I'm surprised you didn't mention Vlad's ult. Big damage boost with extra magic damage on whoever it touches with big damage at the end Big sustain burst which is good for squishy mages. It doesn't have super lockdown synergy but just those 3 things alone is super good.

I think the reworked Swain ult or e should have an honorable mention. The ult is indefinite life steal, and burst that Keeps getting stronger each time it's recasted (with it doing dmg and lowering the CD on his stuff), his E could be a 5 man root and pull if used right.

It's definitely Taliyah's Q. Threaded volley. As she can stone enemies that oppose the almighty Draven.

For me the following loadout is the best amongst all the mages: Passive: Annie - Pyromania: Stun locks are basically possible. You'll see. Q: Ryze - Overload: Almost all of Ryze's power is wrapped up in this single ability. Including, most importantly, the reset mechanic. If we can just get a nice low cooldown ability to combine with this we can get there. There are a lot of low cooldown Ws to pick from to work here but I'm gonna skip over them for the best E. E: Cassiopeia: Oh hello 0.75s Cooldown ability we like you. The combined cast time of this and Ryze Q is shorter than the cooldown too, so mash to your heart's content. Total time to proc Pyromania is 1.5s. So they'd better have tenacity and you'd better have good hands. Honorable Mention to Ahri W, Anivia E, and Syndra Q, all of which fell short purely due to this interaction. W: Leblanc - Distortion: As mentioned this is amazing. I think on this kit the fact its waveclear and engage/disengage and becomes a consistent setup for your stunlock is super important. You can't ask for more than this. Lissandra W is also useful as an intermediary lock piece but this does too many other things to ignore here. R: Twisted Fate - Destiny: Speaking of consistency, how about we become a split-push monster and the best pick champion in the game, while dealing with those pesky stealth champions in one go? This does everything Distortion does on a macro level, if that makes sense. Even the stun if you count the reveal as an effect that can proc it (I think it's good enough even without that). I considered Anivia ult but really all it adds is waveclear and an ability that doesn't explicitly use Pyromania. Mimic is also good but without three strong basic abilities to mimic I don't see as much of a point to it. With mage champions there's so many empowered ability mechanics that are mutually exclusive it kind of begs the question on whether to include those forms as long as you have access to some mechanic that opens them up. I think it could be worth exploring the whole set again under such conditions as I think it opens up Karma and Viktor, who do not have good kits for this thought experiment.

I love these videos, love the speculation of finding the best abilities in each position and also taking into account the best abilities from other positions, kinda like making "the perfect" champion. Just a small correction though, Xerath's Q, is not a projectile.

I think is INSANE he didn't include Veigar pasive. Imagine the damage all mages could do with that pasive. And yeah, I know that the q stacks would not exist, but geting ap for poking enemies I think es more than enougth.

One of my fave mages, Vel’Koz, rightly doesn’t make this video since their abilities suck in a vacuum, but together they have great synergy. Would love to see a longer, more casual video where you just talk about each mage and make a tier list about their design or something of the sort.

I was really surprised when I didn't see Aurelion Sol's E in the best abilities. It's basically a free TP/TF ult on a basic ability. In laning phase it allows you to back and quickly go back to lane, making back recalls way less punishing. Also by simply going in fog of war you force the enemy to play safer if they don't want to risk a being ganked. In the mid game you can be clearing side lanes and still threaten to come to a baron/dragon fight since this ability has such a high range

I was almost going to say i was missing Sylas W, but at the end of the day... it's bad for mages because barely any of them want to be in melee. But i'll guess it could come up in the Assassins Video, as they can probably benefit immensly.

Because there are 3 subclasses of Mage, I'm going to make 3 different characters. I'm not going for most overpowered, but I'm going for fairly strong. Artillery Mage - Range - Varus (575) Passive - Ziggs (Short Fuse) Q - Xerath (Arcanopulse) W - Jayce (Thundering Blow) E - Vel'Koz (Void Rift) R - Lux (Final Spark) I had to use everyone here because there are only 6 Artillery Mages. I figured with the longest base range I could make it, that Zigg's passive would be the most beneficial out of anyone, maybe other than Lux. I wasn't giving up Lux's ultimate though. Jayce's W restores mana with a basic attack and scales off AP so it actually does a fair bit of damage if you get dove. I figured Void Rift was more reliable to land than Xerath's E, and Xerath's Q is easily the best poke tool in the game anyways. If this champion ever gets low on mana, they can auto something to restore a bit of mana and do extra damage. Battlemage - Range - Multiple Champions (550) Passive - Malzahar Q - Anivia (Flash Frost) W - Vladimir (Sanguine Pool) E - Cassiopeia (Twin Fang) R - Swain (Demonic Ascension/Demonflare) This one was made so they could easily get into a fight with a shield and a long-range stun. They can also easily stay in a fight with their ultimate and E healing them, and the W giving them a free dodge or escape. I wanted to use Viktor's E, but the upgraded version comes from the passive. Burst Mage - Range - Annie (600) Passive - Veigar (Phenomenal Evil Power) Q - Lissandra (Ice Shard) W - Twisted Fate (Pick a Card) E - Lux (Lucent Singularity) R - Ahri (Spirit Rush) I'm not sorry about this one. I'm not exactly sure how PEP stacks with abilities that hit multiple times or recasts, but I assuming every cast is what matters. Which means that This champion's R will give 3 guaranteed stacks, the E will give 2 stacks, and you can get an easy stack with a 600 range Pick a Card. Spirit Rush will also put you in range for a buffered Pick a Card.

seraphines first pasive is also actually pretty strong, since at max notes you literally have the ability to hit anyone with a lich empwoered passive anywhere

Forgive me for thinking of Zilean as a Mage even though he has been reclassed as a specialist. But when you get to them, keep his abilities in mind. His W shaves 10s off both his other basic ability's cooldowns... Resetting them for a huge number of other champs, especially once abilities are levelled and haste items bought. And his q does big damage (300 + 90% AP at 5) provides vision, does AoE damage, intimidates pursuers, ignores terrain, and even latches to stealthed enemies. It has its drawbacks as a mid range ability and a slower travel time, but even without the double-stun it hurts. Screw his passive though.

Did you just forget about Karthus while speaking about the ultimates? Just imagine a mage sitting in base pressing 1 button and killing an entire team with it but this time it's Veigar and he built full AP and has 1500 AP and not even the tank is save

Ziggs W is crazy, it works as an escape, as a damaging tool, and as a catching ability, ziggs doesnt usually use his w to catch people because he doesnt want to get close to the enemies, but in other champions its a cheap gragas ult that also works as a jump. And I havent talked about the fact that it can execute towers

i think you missed the potential of some things, mainly veigar's passive, its such a big ap battery and there are a lot of abilities that are balanced around being in a character that doesnt get to build a lot of ap, but somethings like neeko's q or ult (has like 120%ap scaling) that could be delivered by le blanc's w (wich also has a good %ap) or vex w that gives you a big ass shield depending on your ap can get really out of control

honestly a doubblecast on taliah q qouldnt be so bad after the rework, since you get a slow and can again hit all of the rocks pretty easily

I feel like Zoe's ultimate still makes the list solely for the fact that it still allows basic abilities to be cast before warping you back. Take the strongest mage basic abilities in the game and give them an extra ~600 boost to their range and make them even more insane. Imagine the sheer amount of pressure Veigar's E makes on the enemy team knowing they can be caged from miles away. Xerath Q but with 2000 range. TF's Wild Card as basic attacks can also be made before warping back. And it's on a cooldown low enough that it can easily be abused multiple times in a single fight on late game.

Build a champ game mode could be super fun for a few days, you could theory craft some monstrous champions with the abilities currently in the game

If Vel'Koz passive is interpreted as making any ultimate do true damage, than I think it is a contender for best. Imagine that on Anivia who could build stacks very easily.

I think azir and xerath ultimates could be in this list since azir ult have the potential of winning team fights if casts correctly and xerath ultimate I think because you can choice were to hit every shot you don't need to lock down anything or something you just need to predict correctly it was very nice video thanks for this nice contents

Ruot should honestly add a gamemode where everyone can combine all champs abilities and design their own champs it would make for a lot of fun i think

this video reminded me of my favorite game mode in Dota 2 when I used to play it basically you'd pick a champ but he would only have one of his abilities and everything else would be random abilities from other champs and that created some hilarious moments like Zeus having Tinker ultimates and his scepter ability which meant he was doing aoe damage done over the map every single second from base LMAO hopefully Riot gives us a similar game mode one day cause that would be absolutely crazy the ruination game mode giving us a single ultimate from 3 different champs was crazy fun so you can imagine how fun this would be

I think it would be an added interest if you were to add your personal favorite combination of the abilities you picked. I know it sort of makes you really pick 1 best ability in each slot. But I think it would be neat to hear your idea.

I'd say that fiddlesticks ult on veigar would be the best ult in the game purely because of synergy between veigar's infinite ap scaling and ap scaling % on fiddlestick's ult, you can do 4k dmg on your ult with like 700 ap, but veigar in lategame can hit even 1400 ap, so something like 8k damage over 5 seconds would be borderline "no counterplay" if your team could help you set up 5 man ult

Because of its heavily telegraphed nature, Karthus R Requiem may not be as good but it would benefit from the hypothetical Annie Passive Pyromania which would be nice against those who don't have a way to block it. I'm glad you gave it an honorable mention. I was thinking you'd mention Ahri ult but yeah it's not as impactful as the other abilities. Still, Annie P w Ahri R sounds annoying. I think I'd say Seraphine P would my choice for strongest passive, but now I gotta brainstorm what I'd combine with it.

I am absolutely salivating at the idea of viktor with leblanc ult and seraphine passive pressing q on somebody and erasing their entire family tree with the triple empowered auto

4:15 Small correction: Xerath Q isn't a projectile, meaning it can't be blocked by Windwall and others like it

also should be mentioned if you take Seraphine passive and Twisted Fate W, the extended range on her autos would help massively with using the cards. Imagine point and click stunning someone with a 1025 range auto.

Ahri ult not being mentioned makes me sad. 3 flashes on low CD balanced by Ahri´s low damage.

Personally, I think the most OP ulti and passive combo you can make for a mage would be Seraphine passive and Leblanc Ulti. It would open up various combos, such as Empowering your ability with your R before casting a passive charged Q, throwing two higher than normal damage abilities, or you could use it immediately after the passive double cast to cast three in rapid succession. Honestly, you could throw any decent q,w, and e into a kit with that passive and ulti combo, and the result would be nasty.

Some combos: Annie passive + Karthus ult: Disastrous consequences for every enemy once you hit 6. 3s of warning before a 1.5s stun for every enemy makes for ludicrous mapwide pressure. Veigar passive + Taliyah Q + Twisted Fate W + Ziggs E + Karthus R: AP stacking at ludicrous speed thanks to WEQ combos (8+ stacks per combo), mana sustain to spam harder, and three huge payoffs for stacking AP, with Q's 130%, W's theoretical over 200%, and of course Requiem combined with Veigar passive, as seen in Ultimate Spellbook oneshotting ADCs. Spellshields do exist, but if your only protection from losing 50% or more of your health at any time is on a 40s CD, costs a full item, and can be knocked off by any ability, it's still a huge threat. Vel'Koz P + Taliyah Q + Xerath W + Ziggs E + Seraphine R: 3-hit massive true damage is pretty strong, particularly when it's combined with a lot more multi-hit abilities. Xerath W is there for a strong waveclear and poke option, not to mention a pretty substantial slow if you hit the sweetspot.

I suppose it depends a bit on how you see this ability with regards to upgrading it, but viktor laser should be at least mentioned. Might be worth taking his passive for even, if you feel that is required to have the full ability. Flashfrost, miasma, death ray, glacial storm would be... hard to play versus.

Gonna have to say the karthus ult plus Seraphine passive could be really annoying for enemy teams. Would be fun to watch as they enter a team fight and left Running away before each team fight. Could get some high value from that combo very quickly

I feel like since the mini Ahri re-work her ult may be an honorable mention due to the fact that mages are usually very immobile. Ahri's new ult not only already gives 3 dashes but also resets on takedowns. It'll be like taking predator on Veigar, ult in cage, cast rest of your abilities and ult out. Many mages would love a quick way to land their combo and get out more safely.

Personally, I would need to know if Veigars passive would stack everytime a dot spell would tick on an enemy, before being able to make a proper judgment. If it would that alone would combo into oblivion not even factoring in maybe a Karthus ult

I'm sad that encore was placed so high, but Heimer's Ult wasn't even mentioned, I know it's different but can you simply imagine upgrading any other mages abilities that equal out to more than 3x the effectiveness?? Like a zoe bubble now having a longer duration with a bigger AOE, or paddle star doing veigar Ult amounts of damage because you hit a second button first, just to name a few examples, I always thought most of Heim's power budget was in his Ult and giving it to other casters seems bananas personally

Can't believe he didn't mention the combo of Annie passive + karthus ult. Highly telegraphed but it would be a 5man 1.75s stun. And if you can't see karthus you never know if he has the stun prepared or not.

Having a whole free item spot without loosing any MS since she gains it throughout the game is so unimaginably good. Ah how i wish i could buy an actual 6th item on all champs like her. (If I'm wrong about everything, I've not read her stats nor ability descriptions so i may be spilling total bullshit but I'm trying to talk about what i at least think Cassiopeia does)

Le blanc's ultimate in a champion with seraphine's passive. You can do an ability 3x in a single second. Imagine a fully charged arcanopulse times 3. Massive damage from a safe distance with 0 draw backs

In my opinion you guys underestimate the possibilities the Karthus E can bring being combinated with alot of passives. Ofc its a damage over time ability, but it can be toggled off/on really quickly with a >1 second cooldown. So it would count as a single ability every time its toggled on. If you combine this with a passive like Brand, Veigar, Annie, VelKoz it can lead to the most devastating teamfight combos I can imagine. If you also add LeBlanc W you would have a nice way to always be in the right place in the teamfight

Just imagine Veigar passive with Karthus ult. Vex and Seraphine's passives only work on basic abilities, so not only is it the best way to empower Karthus ult in this ruleset, it also gives 5 ap per cast, barring spell shields/stopwatch. Another important passive is Ziggs'. It's basically free lich bane, with bonus damage to turrets. Any mage would want it to be able to pressure towers when the enemy laner roams, or just to burst squishies with TF W and E for example. i'd say the most terrifying combination of ALL abilities, not just mages would be Passive: Kled - a bunch of extra health, a bunch of extra movespeed(kled's base movespeed is like 300, it's his passive that gives him the bonus to be a normal champ movespeed, put that on someone else and they are walking around with like 500 movespeed) and even when passive is off you get extra movespeed towards enemies(same point), and also, hinting to the rest of this terrifying kit, when knocked off skaarl, you go untargetable, you can also get skaarl back to get yourself a burst of essentially healing for over half your health. Q: Master yi - dash, aoe or single target,apply on hits, lowers it's cd on basic attacks, and again, untargetable w: Vladimir - i think you might be getting it now, untargetable, aoe slow, repositioning, heals a bit of the health back that you spent to cast it e: Fizz - aoe slow, untargetable, dash, you get the point r: Lissandra - aoe slow, untargetable, healing, OR stun, aoe slow rush a zhonya's and enjoy being immortal forever as you just juggle your cds

Ok but what if you made your mage into an auto attacking focused battle mage? Orianna passive for ramping magic damage onhit Vladimir Q for sustain and movespeed on 3rd cast Neeko W for onhit on every 3rd auto and ms (+ clone and ms active) TF E for attack speed and onhit every 4th auto Swain R for AOE damage/heal, no unit collision and big AOE burst for finishing people off.

I think i would go with Passive : Stage Presence (Seraphine) Q : Time bomb (Zilean) similar to paddle star, zilean's Q is his only damage, and this has a higher power budget. With stage presence, this also guarantees the double bomb stun, and generally provides a strong waveclear. W : Zilean's W (turns out, getting a 10s refresh on all basic abilities plus a cast for stage presence is great). If you include seraphine, then zilean is also a mage. E : Veigar's Event Horizon. No explanation needed, but an ability that is gated by its long CD getting it more than halved with Zil's W is gross. Also, you can place it in a way opponents get stunned by it spawning, so it synergises well with the Q R : either Lissandra's Frozen Tomb, for an offensive ultimate that still allows for chain CC or defensive stalling, or Zilean's ultimate because reviving people is funny

Honestly would like to see a marksman episode of this to see what you think are the best abilities to have on an adc :)

I think the possibilities are endless here, but in the end, even if I could freely mix n match all these abilities... I would just make a better veigar.

The combination of LeBlanc W and Neeko R would be so insane. Just give me a decent Q like Anivias and aany usefull E like Veigars and that would be the most op champ ever.

i thought the new worked ground made taliya q on the ground do 100% ap on 1 shot vs the 130% of only if every shot hits? so sera passive would get use out of it or double cast the ground thingy(dont remmeber if e or w) so your we/ew combo just oneshots every time

If you had Stage Pressence, Threaded Volly, and Mimic, you could have 2 full vollies and 2 boulders in the span of as little as 1.5 seconds late game, that's 754 + 290% AP in 1.5 seconds on a single target, 520 + 200% AP to all enemies in the Q's AOE. I'm a Taliyah main and I regularly have between a 1.6-1.3 second cooldown on my Q late game, which lets me cast my boulder as my full Q is ending. Also, Threaded Volly only counts as 1 ability cast so Annie Passive wouldn't be bad but not great either. Example, hitting a full Q only gives 2 stacks of Conqueror just like something like a TF Q would even though there are 5 hits.

I thought of something funny Seraphine's Passive, Viktor's Evolved Laser and Le Blank's R, that together would give us 6 lasers and I think its really funny

I mean... Veigar passive, Karthus Q, Leblanc W, Veigar E and Karthus Ult. An AOE damage spamming infinite scaling mage with an on demand dash and massive area defense tool with an ult that gives between 5 and 30 permeant ability power while also doing several hundred damage scaling forever to the entire enemy team.

Is Zilean considered as a mage? If so, you can have champ with Seraphine's passive, Zilean's w and LeBlanc's R to do some cheesy stuff.

annie passive, vlad q for sustain, leblanc w for mobility, cassiopeia e to proc annie passive ridiculously fast and great dps, and seraphime ult for team fight and just how good it is.

i think the best combination of mage abilities would be P:Veigar; Q:Karthus; W:Twisted Fate; E:Annie; R:Twisted Fate; so it may not look like much but this kit would be broken from a single fact that veigar's passive scales with how many abilities he hits enemy champions with, so combine it with point and click lock down, spammable q and e which grants trading power and ms and global teleport you can scale extremely quickly and assasinate every one on enemy team everywhere nearly from level two

I just wanna imagine Veigar with Karthus' Requiem :P

Karthus R with Annie passive would be hilarious, and a powerful, if telegraphed, stun
