I guarantee it was pure “wrestling” as defined by the Olympics not WWE or MMA. This severely limits Brock’s biggest advantage of his time there and training since he can’t strike. I see Kurt winning 9/10 times in pure wrestling, I think Brock takes it 7/10 if striking is allowed . Wins more likely but Kurt could still take him down a few times
@Noles4life779 ай бұрын
Of course, Kurt is an Olympic gold medalist wrestler, while Brock is a division one all-America in his own write, there’s still levels to that shit. Like a D-1 all American basketball player in college is still incredible at basketball, but he doesn’t hold a candle to an All-Nba first team player

He's a damn good athlete but idk why ppl hype him so much. FAKE wrestling accolades does not equate to real life talent, which he also has plenty of. He has REAL wrestling accolades as well, but man there's a very very very long list of superstar athletes who have broken all sorts of records in all sorts of sports, I personally just think it's an insult to alot of people to call him one of the greatest athletes in the world. Bro is juiced to the gills as well lol I just feel ppl give him more credit than he deserves. Like ppl up here hyping him more than Kurt angle. The man who won Olympic gold with a broken neck. I'm sorry but there's no way brock gets more credit than a guy like that
@alexhazenbiller22759 ай бұрын
@@swappedoutZ71 It's you, who's only downgrading his achievements in pro wrestling. Being an NCAA Division 1 heavyweight champion and a UFC heavyweight champion doesn't matter anymore at all? Was there any other WWE Superstar, who left WWE and went to MMA to become a champion?? Especially, when he didn't even have 10 fights in the UFC, but fought and beat some of the biggest names at that time, while being out of action for a long period twice, due to sickness. I wasn't calling him the best fighter in the world, nor THE greatest WWE Superstar ever or better than Kurt Angle for that matter. But despite pro wrestling not being actual combat, you can't expect a total wimp of guy to be handed all those 'FAKE wrestling accolades'. You still have to perform. You still have to be good at what you do. And you have to be mentally and physically at your peak. And of course, there are other athletes, that were absolute freaks as well, like Kurt Angle! Yeah, the thought of him winning Gold at the Olympics with a broken neck is incredible! But what's so insulting towards other wrestlers to praise a true legend like Lesnar?!
