Asmr is really underrated... You know why? Cause we never tell someone to watch it... They never tell anyone... (Including me) we all keep Asmr like it's something illegal 😂... Nobody promotes it! But someone with 1.60 million is a VERY BIG achievement in ASMR COMMUNITY!

I thought it was weird so I watched it as a joke. Then I got tingles and from then on I was hooked. My friend found out I watch it but doesn't care, and he even said he thought some of it was satisfying. He doesn't like mouth sounds though, which I love.

This is how i explain ASMR: ASMR Stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, and what ASMR does is it helps your brain trigger you to fall asleep or relax. The sound of tapping, scratching typing, eating and many other sounds triggers your brain to relax. There are many different styles of ASMR but sometimes it gives you a tingling sensation. Almost like when you get goosebumps and that can help you relax or fall asleep.
