To be more fair about Celsius; you get more granularity if able to measure a couple decimal places - makes up for the wider whole value range with Fahrenheit.

True but on things like my Hakko 888-D soldering station, there is no decimal resolution in either unit of measurement, so I have to give Fahrenheit the edge in that situation.

I have a fluke 87 True RMS ,is it normal that when I turn it on my screen displays everything on screen for about a second ..

Yes that's to test the display. It lets you see if any characters are non-functional.

@@Ben-tr which version is it? Is there an III or V after the 87, or is it an original version that just says 87?

In the top screen it says FLUKE 87 TRUE RMS MULTIMETER...nothing after the 87

Soooooooo after they got through the van allen radion belts ( that would melt ANY known element or alloy) and landed on said moon with this metric system. Did one of the astronuts get out before the first step to set up camera that captured the first. Then I guess through this “metric system” they left this camera, which obviously had wireless transmission capibilities, behind that filmed them leaving?

Not sure if you're mocking the moon landing, the metric system, or both. Either way, I'm not an astronaut or rocket scientist or a hardcore metric user, so I don't feel qualified to discuss/debate space exploration. Thanks for the comment though!
