Why does it feel like all of vice's videos are cut down from long-form works, are super disjointed, and never give any kind of real information?

Tim was an AMAZING producer, an ASTOUNDING musician, and a true intellectual nomad. I am honored to have vivid memories of meeting him in the consessions line, and then later backstage at Ultra Miami 2013. One day, you'll leave this world behind, so Live a Life you will remember. RIP Avicii, the Father of House. September 8th, 1989- April 20th, 2018.

Fortunate enough to meet this guy in person when we were in University and we got this guy to show up for quite modest fee compared to what we've paid other acts who would go on to then ultimately become nothing right

David Guetta laid the groundwork for the crossover of EDM to mainstream.... you need to check your history before making statements like this documentary has. Context is so off... Avicii is a Legend.

You must be new to Vice. That’s okay. Vice will make longer elaborate videos that are like an hour long without “missing context”, then after awhile they take the video down and drop these shorter 5-10 minute videos that try to summarize the longer videos. They leave you wanting more, but it’s almost impossible to find the full videos. Vice is weird like that. It’s really the equivalent of intentionally tripping yourself.

This video is poor quality vice. These so called "Experts" can't grasp who Avicii was and how impactful he has been on modern music. Avicii will be compared alongside Mozart, Vivaldi as some of the most influental composers in history. He needed an agent that it stead of pressuring him, should have pulled the brake on his touring and traveling. Someone should have taken the decision away from him. And convinced him to take a long break.

Not even close. Towards the end of his career he really struggled with Alcohol and painkillers but all these clips were from about 2014 and before.
@stormforce702

If you ever have the time (or care), check out his documentary “True Stories”. It shows a better angle of how the peak of his career was also at the start of the opioid epidemic when doctors were prescribing painkillers like candy, and he simply fell victim to that as he was touring and in poor health, which landed him in and out of the hospital as he toured endlessly.
