Its so easy to forget that whatever power, authority, position, qualities, actions e.t.c The Son of God has, all been GIVEN TO HIM BY HIS FATHER!. He admitted "I do NOTHING of mine own". He said "The Father has GRANTED that I should have life in myself". "I live BECAUSE of the Father" " All Authority has been GIVEN me in heaven and on earth". I have read this scripture many many times. The question is Jesus Supreme never once entered my mind concerning this scripture. I believed this the day I was born again over 45 years ago. Yes he is Supreme. PTL Always.. The question that comes to mind is WHY?? Did Paul say Jesus was the firstborn of Creation? Most people do not answer this question they merely talk around this question and lose sight of why did Paul call Jesus the Firstborn of all creation. Please allow me to shed some light on the topic. This has to do with the virgin birth of Jesus and the fall of Adam. Jesus is the LAST Adam (not the SECOND Adam). John had the same revelation as Paul. "The Supremacy of Christ in Everything" A Quintessential Fact; if there ever was one. With only ONE caveat. Please kind Sir; for I mean NO disrespect atoll. For I believe that the word "Christ", IN the bible; and any time it is spoken or written; it is NOT the word that it should be. Why? The word "Christ" is a Greek word that means: "The anointed One". And in Hebrew, it is "Messiah", "Savior" in English. But that is just a Title. For, it is NOT a name; as it should be. NOR should we say or write: "Jesus Christ". For that would be like saying "President" is the name of Donald Trump. No it is a Title only. So, if one has to use the word Christ; at least say, "Jesus THE Christ", Amen! But never say "Jesus Christ"; because many believe Jesus has a second name; when He only has ONE name. Please understand this... Worse: "Jesus is ONLY the "Son"; and "He is NOT God!". Even though the bible espouses He IS God; in many verses. in both OT and NT. Oh indeed. If you want them; i would be pleased to list them on another comment... ...In any case kind Sir, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. Calvinism is just one of the Doctrine of Demons Paul warned us about that would be coming into the World. Does he realize what the word "Christ" (which he mentions all the time) actually MEANS?? It is the Greek translation of the Hebrew word "Messiah" and it means "one anointed by God". If only the translators had used the English translation, there would be less confusion about his identity: "Jesus, the one anointed by God". Jesus is the son of God and the one anointed by God. You're acting as if the word "Christ" and the word "son" do not mean what they actually mean 😢 John 14:10-11!!!!
