大美湖北 (Dà měi Húběi) - "The Supreme Beauty of Hubei" TV Series
I met with my Kungfu Uncle, 将石墨 (jiang shi mo), the Ambassador of Uruguay, and the hosts of the tv series to talk about martial arts and my time spent in Wudangshan. I perform a few parts of Eight Immortals Staff and guide them through a few basic movements before we retire downstairs and discuss Daoism and life experiences over tea.

I am a 16th Generation San Feng Lineage disciple. I teach courses on Wushu, Qigong, Taiji, and other Daoist cultural practices. I also dabble in music, playing the Chinese bamboo flute (Xiao) and the handpan. I am always learning and cultivating my own practice and sharing what I have learned along the way. I have a few other channels for more of what we do here at Ways of Wudang.
