Back in the early 2000s, I got one off Ebay for my mom for Christmas. She was a truck driver, and back then having a full TV & game console setup was a bit harder. Still, she loved playing Sega Genesis games, so i got her one, and despite its flaws, it was one of her favorite gaming consoles!

I fixed one for myself and am now just recapped and screen replacing one more for collector of a brother. We own one nowsss they are so fun!

It's not underrated. It has a screen that's horrible, couldn't last 3 hours, and turned an affordable console that was at its saturation point into an expensive impractical portable

6 double a batteries for 4 hours of play is not the best or most underrated console.
