You can blame Reagan and the Anti-ERA movement for the failure of the Equal Rights Amendment.

The women's movement or whatever it is called dropped the ball and let time expire on ammendent work. White women keep all women down by ignoring history of Black women being excluded from their group. Misogyny is still a factor in upbringing of White women. Hillary lost because she didn't reach out to Women of color.

Dr. Pauli Murray was instrumental in getting “sex” added to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Thankful to those who came before us.
