BRO !!!! That is the cleanest cut I have ever seen with a cut off wheel can I like hire/fly I out to just do all my cut off wheel work hahah mad props for reals and svx!!! So refreshing to see something new

Good vid! best things I ever did to my svx, was get rid of everything behind the driver passenger seat. Swap out the stereo for a cheapo pioneer deck and just use two bose speakers the driver side doors. Clear and Loud! it was from their old sound wave. I lucked out and found a carbon fiber hood on the east coast pick n pull and one in toronto in a salvage yard for decent prices. They are great road trip cars! Sadly bearings and transmission went when I moved to Calgary.

This came up on recommended videos and I was not dissapointed, great quality work dude, i have a soft spot for subaru's especially those with flat sixes. I drive a subaru liberty 3.0r spec b and have always wanted an svx, definitely gonna be following the series, all the love from Melbourne !!!

Lincoln Project honestly, I wasn’t either dude. There is just something about this car that cried out for this kind of style. Stoked you like the build! I love Texas! I went to Austin a few years back and fell in love with Texas.

Nice one. I recon you you might need to support the leading edge of the diffuser under the car. When it finally moves, the air flow under the car might pull the leading edge down?

I was thinking the exact same dude. As soon as there's any force on that leading edge it'll have a shit load of stress on it.

On the rear defuser, just put some slightly thicker L brackets on and you'll be golden. That will stop the slight movement in it

Good work. I think on race cars, if you want a rear diffuser to work it needs to be at an angle of 7°.

Great videos. But I laughed when you said "gloves.... boring" because gloves are what I used to put all of my nuts and bolts in when I took the trans out of my svx. Cheap and can label with sharpie. Lol.

Reminds me of my minitrucks days where I'd drive my Nissan on to a 2x4 then air it down and the frame would still hit the ground.

Video doesn't really do it justice, it's super low. I'll have the bags in a few weeks time, it'll be nice to be able to air it up and down and not have to use a jack.

Gotta be careful when doing stuff, even with proper safety gear, things can bounce and ricochet! Had a tiny bit of molten metal fly up UNDER my welding helmet, off the top of my head under my hard hat and land between my ear hair and upper ear lobe... there was some serious jumping and shouting then!

hi i see u have taken rear bumper of im stuck have all visable bolts of but not shore were to go from there do u have to push the black boxs out on side of bumper or are the sum hidden blots ..... Cheers For sum info not a lot on here and no manuals around ,,, Paul

Hey Paul. The bumper is attached to the crash bar itself. Take out the carpet in the boot and you’ll find 4 big nuts, undo them and the bumper should come off providing everything else is undone.

Hey man. The wheels are just temp to get an idea of fitment. I've got something up my sleeve that are genuine. I wasn't going to go for airride originally but the car doesn't have that much clearance standard, so that plus the deeper skirts and bumper would mean that they would get ripped off real fast at the height i want it. I've also never gone down the stance route and wanted to give it a try as this is a bit of an all out build. Thanks for checking out the video's, it's much appreciated!

Mostly it's fibreglass. But i extended it using HIPS plastic!
