I know it is relatively widespread, but it is telling how much the "role players" were limited in their roles. People got on Rose Micheaux for "playing out of position" but I think she can in with the mindset that it was Amoore-Kitley's team and her role was to get the ball to Kitley. I am sure people felt there was a mandate to pass inside or get out of the way...unless you were a really proven outside shooter, the role was to pass to someone else :)...
