When she was putting on the eye shadow it reminded me of the way, not the color, that my grandma would put her makeup on when she started getting older and couldn't see herself that well anymore. At that point I was old enough and started doing her makeup for her, when we went to a special event. I even changed the color of her lipstick because she was still wearing the reddish pink of the forties and fifties. She was a beautiful woman. Even when she was older, but even I'll have to stop wearing makeup when I'm older. I was worried about the sanitary conditions of using someone else's makeup there when this lady did your makeup. You are a beautiful young lady. Nobody should be telling you different. This lady was so sweet though.

In my 20+ years as a professional makeup artist I can honestly say I have never, ever seen a brush like that used on someone's eyes??? It looks like a scratchy paint brush 🖌️😳 Judy I feel for you x

It makes me so sad that so many of these “artists” don’t care about what they put on you. You are so nice and so beautiful, and they just could care less about the art, or how they could potentially affect you and your skin.

Yes, Sash, perfectly said. Especially with some of our elders. They were just not taught/aware about all the hygienic things we know today. How serious it could be if one catches a bacterial infection or something along those lines...etc. Yet, Chuckie I do agree some do know and just don't care. These are the same shitty people whom would have a fit or sue if tables were turned & they had a bad reaction. SMH. Jerks (lol).

Sadly it’s lack of knowledge! I went to beauty school in Mexico one on the cheaper side! And the techniques where super old school! The makeup looked something taken out of the early 2000s! For day of the dead she let us use normal arts and craft glitter! Trust me it’s not until a came across a post to know it was dangerous to use that! And I al ready knew we shouldn’t use knock offs of high end makeup because of the dangers but either way the teacher never told us it was wrong! Also the no lipstick direct to lips because of hygiene was never noted to us! And she never explained that all eyes and faces are different! Like literally I learned this all on my own through investigating and I honestly didn’t decide to base my career on that because I know I needed so much more to learning and did not want to go out doing shitty jobs to people! But many of my partners did and have not gotten better at their techniques!

@@valerieguzman6645 oh wow ): i hope that one day someone good takes over & they update their techniques & health guidelines in beauty schools. i was thinking that maybe they werent taught well because of how many bad salons she goes to but i didnt know it was that bad. good for you for doing your own research💕💕

This is SOO rough to watch! Looks like a 5 year old did your make up. If i only knew I could charge people 20$ for makeup looks back then, my life would have been so different today! Ohhh the wealth I've missed.. ANYWAY I have to admit that after binge watching your videos, i will do my make up and say out loud when Im done "What a fox!"...
