What does sensitivity and specificity means here?

30% Sensitivity means if you don't have pain, you can be 30% confident they don't have a syndesmosis sprain. 94% specificity means if they do have pain when you squeeze test, you have 94% confidence that they do have a syndesmosis sprain. Basically, a low sensitivity/high specificity test like this can confirm that you have the condition if the test is positive, but just cuz the test didn't replicate your symptoms doesn't mean you're fine.
