Я из Украины, я взбивала сливки до густоты как в этом рецепте. Простым миксером это 5 минут, тут миксер перегревается, я его выключала и ждала остывания корпуса и снова взбивала 5 минут ( просто время совпало как в названии) )) Так повторяла 6 раз! Получилось вкуснейшее мороженое. А в конце видео -- видно что на бумагу кладут уже застывший десерт, а не то, что только что обмакнули в шоколадно-ореховой массе, там точно была бы некрасивая съёмка. Удачи вам на кухне !

I make ice cream l8ke this all the time, bever thought to use molds. Thank you.😘💜 If you want to add to your ice cream, add 2-3 Tablespoons of vanilla extract, in the m8xing stage. It puts it over the top.😊
