If you want a quick potato recipe that you can make in no time then this recipe is for you. The preparation just takes 5 minutes and then its baked. They are a bit spicy and very yummm. I hope you give it a try and enjoyyyy!

Ingredients:
10 potatoes, peeled
2 garlic cloves, minced
1tsp dry oregano
1tsp white pepper
1tsp paprika powder
1/2tsp cayenne pepper
1/4tsp chili flakes(optional)
1/4tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
*Freshly chopped parsley or coriander leaves to garnish

Round 1 - 180 for 10 - 15 ,- covered with coil Round 2 - 200 for 10 - remove foil Round 3 - 200 for another 10 - flip the potatoes

The fries taste great. It would be good to spread some oil on the bottom of the pan first to prevent sticking.

Our ovens don't go as low as 20° celcius

Our body temperature is 37 degree Celsius. Water boils at 100 degree Celsius if a thing goes below 37 degree and more then it is not an oven it is a refrigerator
