Exactly! Read article XI sec 16. Clearly, there are restraints placed upon the delegated "high powers" which prevent their encroachment upon all of the stuff enumerated in Article I. The Supreme Court and other branches of government are nothing more than the maids and valets who iron our laundry, prepare our tables, and empty our chamber pots. While they may lead and superintend a vast staff waitstaff of concierges and fellow servants, they remain in subject to theirs of the estate or family plantation otherwise known as Tennessee. Their employment and retention is based upon good behavior. The problem is, they view themselves as above and not below. They take the position that they are nannys and wards to a state full of incompetent children not yet of age...hence the doctrine of Parens Patriae. Pure hogwash that breeds government tyranny and opression of the People.

Not if they refuse to give you audience! On more than one occassion I have seen the Court simply "pretermit" a complaint by issuing an unsigned en banc ruling without granting oral arguments or providing findings of fact and conclusions of law. They simply refuse to countenance an argument unless its made by one of their own "duly licensed" members of the BAR Association who they control and manipulate through licensure. God forbid the they assemble themselves for remonstrance or disciplinary chastisement from the employers.
