As an American, I applaud this! I am so sick and tired of the Coke v Pepsi challenge every 4 years. The 2 party system is corrupt to the core. It just gets worse and worse. We the People want choices. For those unheard, we want representation, we demand WATER!

In order to have choices, the USA needs to change the voting system to allow voting for more than one party. If you can only vote for one, the system will inevitably descend into a Two Party system.

Ive been saying it for a decade and dont know how everyone else isnt also demanding it, there needs to be an option to vote for a reroll. The last 3 elections would have been rerolled by vote, 100%. It will be 12 years of politicians we dont want that we know are going to cause even more long term damage.

I like the idea, but given that there's about 1 month between election day and "all vote totals required to be certified" day (roughly speaking), and one more month and a bit between that day and inauguration day... how are we supposed to carry out _another entire election_ before inauguration day, when we'll have less than a month's formal notice that "reroll" won? It takes longer than that just to print up all the ballots (that's why the parties are required to have formally finished slates of nominees months in advance). It's just depressing... Because if "reroll" were an option next to "mumbling old man" and "psychopathic narcissist monster" I know what I'd choose.

The U.S. has more than 2 political parties (also The Green Party, Libertarians, Constitution Party and Natural Law Party) but Americans don't seem to know that.

Green Party - Leader is literally a Putin lapdog who signals her love of every authoritarian jerk out there. She's literally gone to Russia to have diner with Putin. Party isn't any better. Libertarian Party - More of Putin's lapdogs. Got subverted by the Mises group a while back which tanked their potential. Recently lost their primary HQ building because they couldn't make their payments. Constitution Party - Not even a household name. And no, wanting to go back to the Bible/Constitution won't save anyone. Natural Law Party - "Ideology: Transcendental Meditation... Michigan exclusive..." Party for Socialism and Liberation - Communism, but run by people who are somehow even more vapid and angsty. Also literally hate America. RFK - You kind of have to have a party apparatus behind you to be effective in modern day institutions.

This idea that the people want choice ... it's a myth. Typically the last thing people want is choice. Oh, they'll all say they do. Choice. Choice. Choice. But when it comes to the tough decisions where every option is just one shade of horrible after another - they want somebody else making that call. There's a reason soon after implementing democracy the Athenians were standing amid the charred ruins of their once proud society.
