For some reason codm split the sens for sights so that might be why

because you probably dont have ADS sensitivity set as the red dot sight sensitivity. i just set all mine for 67. i use a ipad so i dont know if that sensitivity will effect phones in a negative way making it too sensitive since the screens are smaller.

The vertical recoil isn't even that much It's the horizontal recoil that makes it hard to control
