我生第一胎时做月子是婆婆帮我做的,为了督促我每当我进冲凉房时和吃饭时就一直陪在我身边寸步不离守着我！害我想偷偷洗澡和不要喝补酒和不吃姜都不行啊，那一个月真是太幸苦了……生第二胎时决定在我自己家做月子了😅

給小利吃點麻油煎蛋，用中薑切絲，放乾鍋炒乾，記得小火，然後用麻油加入，香氣出來了時放入蛋，等蛋成硬型時加入少許糖，加入少酒和水！
