A bona fide Canadian hero who has set millions on the path to financial independence. The Wealthy Barber was the first book I read on personal finance, and it's helped me make a life where I honour Dave's principles and have become an avid reader of great personal finance books and journalism, and an index-based investor using ETFs. Canada is home to many excellent personal finance writers, but none have made quite as large a difference as Dave Chilton. Glad to see you here on KZfaq.

My rules are automate saving AND dollar avaergae without any BS fees. Vangard had great options.
