Paul was clear in his writings that _all_ human beings died. That includes Elijah and Enoch. Furthermore, neither one of those men are in Heaven, as Jesus plainly stated in Jhn 3:13 that no human besides Himself ever went there or will ever go there. Ppl need to really study their bibles and stop taking false traditions as fact.

It doesn't say "ascension" like you mentioned so therefore, it could be both scriptures are true. Just ascension is of his own doing and the fiery chariot and Enoch needed help from elohim.

@@theeternalsbeliever1779 You are correct. Those men did die. Everyone who dies is in the grave awaiting the resurrection. Nobody is in heaven. Nobody will ever go to heaven. At the resurrection we rule with Christ for 1000 years and then the new Jerusalem comes down which is on earth. This afterlife concept of heaven and hell is a pagan concept that was adopted by Catholicism.

Yes - those two sons were priests and should have upheld the standard of holiness that God expected. They were supposed to take the fire from the altar before entering the Most Holy area of the tabernacle. They were drunk and decided to "do it my way" and that showed that they disregarded God's holiness and the need to obey God in every detail.

I think the title "mysterious death" doesn't fit any of the others cause I agree with u it's all written and said in the bible about each one, anyone on this post talks about. But the mysterious part about David and Abigail is how David just runs off with her after her husband just dies after refusing to help David. Given David's track record it seems there always could've been more to it. I mean David did have Bathsheba's husband strategically placed in battle to die. One can only wonder if there was more details to the story of David, Abigail, and Nabal. That's the mystery, what wasn't written, not what was written. It only seems that there could be more to it than what we get. Given the Catholic Church tampers with the Word of God, who knows what is missing from the Bible; we are still finding texts in archaeological sites, many of which the Vatican claim aren't new just not released to the public. Having that said yes there could be more to it, especially when it seems like something is missing.

Lot's wife looked back because she desired to stay in that city. The narrative is clear that the angels had to literally drag Lot and his relatives out of the city. It's pretty clear that on some lvl, they all wanted to stay in Sodom, but she was the one who wanted to go back bad enough to look.

If so then we have to say there is no one that's human not discussed with that lifestyle ...and it is accepted fully. I don't think it was excepted but others say it was completely accepted I guess, I have a problem because I do not see how any one can accept such a lifestyle.
