This video was two months in the making and although it was certainly a labor, it was a labor of love. I hope that shines through during the entire runtime, but especially at the end, which is probably my favorite segment I've done on this channel yet. You'll know it when you see it. I don't expect this to get a ton of views, partially because my channel views have tanked lately (mostly due to the offseason I assume, but maybe due to algorithm shenanigans as well), and partially because this is an extremely niche topic with no mainstream hook like last year, but this video was never for the masses. This video was for myself, Green Wave fans, and my fans (wow, I have fans now? Weird). If this ever breaks out past that, it's icing on an already perfect cake. Thank you for being here. I appreciate each and every one of you who watches all the way through more then you know. Let us now eagerly anticipate a prosperous 2024 for both this channel and the Green Wave. ♥

The crazy thing is if the 2022 season hadn't happened, Tulane fans would be more ecstatic about the 2023 season and talk about how they returned to the rankings, won 11 games, played for the conference championship game. Time will tell if Tulane is about to become a Group of 5 power and possibly make it into the Power 4 at some point or if they will return to being a largely forgotten bastion of mediocrity.

Honestly, respect for this - if this season proved Tulane's resilience, this video proves your talent. You made the most of being present for a great run last year but this is you making content that relies near exclusively on your creativity and storytelling, and I think it's clear you've got plenty of both. It’s sad to see Willie Fritz go, but Jon Sumrall is a legitimately good coach who was in the discussion for multiple P4 head coaching positions. I doubt he’ll stay at Tulane long term, but he’ll definitely continue the positive direction that the program is moving in. Also, as an Ole Miss fan, our game against y’all was one of our most underrated games of the year. P5 and G5 didn’t matter; it was just a really good top 25 match up.

Dude, that section at 59:40 - 1:02:24 hit SO unbelievably hard. Everything from the music, to the game highlights, to the essence of the past wins and seasons, and the perfect music selection, this gave me chills that I would never even expect to get from watching a video about Tulane of all teams. Amazing stuff all around, definitely warrants a sub. I'm making sure to keep Tulane on my radar as this upcoming season keeps on coming closer and closer. #RollWave

As a fellow Tulane fan you couldn’t have captured the vibe of the 2023 season any better. From yelling about the play calling/ officials, stressing over the close calls, and the roller coaster in December, you completely nailed it It’s easy to forget we won 11 games, which is nothing to scoff at, especially at Tulane

I’m not a huge college football fan. Hell, I didn’t even know where Tulane was until about midway through the video. But this is absolutely fantastic. The UTree/Jon Bois influence is palpable, but you have your own twist to it. Sensational video.

I wanna like Tulane, but I don't cuz they didn't quit the SEC over competition. They quit over desegregation. They desegregated at the same time as the rest of the SEC but much slower. And they never beat LSU after desegregation. I've got a great uncle who played for Tulane under O'Boyle. There's crazy baggage that comes with that, the other Louisiana schools "dismounted" more gracefully
