Lebron has been stacking the deck for over a decade and people still have the nerve to compare him to MJ, despite costing a super team a title (2011 Finals). They kill KD's legacy, but Lebron's whole stretch since 2010 has been manufactured through free agency and everyone still has him top 3 or 5, and then saying that KD has to win with his own team. All of it is ridiculous. A team with all-star players does not mean that they will make the finals or win it in their first year, especially if one of them misses a lot of time and the roster has holes. The Suns were not top contenders this year to win the West. They made the playoffs and ran into a bad matchup in the first round, so they gotta figure out how to get a couple of pieces to tighten up the defense and move forward. If the Suns are smart, they will take this elimination and identify the issues (which is largely defense), and seek to improve the overall time. All of that takes time and familiarity, which is very critical for team defense. They need to be close to a top 5 in defense to go along with their scoring, not be middle of the pack.

You can't call the Suns a failed super team until they break up. This was their first year together and the team had holes which made the Wolves a bad matchup in the playoffs this year. The team won 49 games with Beal missing nearly 30 games and that matters. When you have a team with multiple all-stars, they have to spend as much time on the court as possible during the season to build cohesion, and the Suns lacked that all year. So, next year we should see them win over 50-60+ games barring any major injuries and their core play together in over 60 games. Defense and the bench needs to be addressed as well. First year together was a 1st round exit (sweep doesn't matter when it is the same result even if it goes 7 games). Next year needs to be an improvement. Super teams aren't judged on one season unless the franchise dumps them.
