Watched episode 2. My heart broke for Henry having to revisit that day over and over! A day like that is so hard just one time! I take back every time I wished I could time travel! I love this series so far. I think the cast is fantastic and the writing is brilliant! But OMG I have so, so, so, so many questions still!

As a man, the premise of this story did not interest me. "Chick Flick," and all that. But I must admit the writing and the acting reeled me in. Just an excellent show with humor, tragedy, and the joy of living one day at a time (or sometimes just minute by minute). I recommend you watch it with someone you love. if possible. It will give you plenty to talk about afterwards, I dread the ending yet to be revealed.

Moffat has written this story before! Its just a repeat of The Doctor River Song story - Moffat needs to get some new stories - even some of the dialogue is the same!

The River Song story arc was inspired by the time traveler's wife. However, it's very different. In this, only one of them is a time traveller, the time travel is involuntary and to a random destination. River and the Doctor meet more of a backwards order than a shuffled order like Henry and Clare. The only thing they have in common is there is time travel and love involved and they don't meet linearly. Steven of course jumped at the opportunity to write the small screen adaptation of the book that inspired one of his own storylines.
