In this tutorial, we go over a simple bassline that I get asked a lot about it. This bassline has a unique sound to it and it's done sampling a 808/909 Tom. In this tutorial, I will teach you how to set it up and get it in key with your track so you can start making dirty birds in your own backyard ;)

i was working on a tom bass, it sounded off, you saying you cannot recreate a tom in a synth got me inspired, i used the hit of the tom in the noise section of serum, and then used the sinwave to be the tail, it got rid of some muddyness for me
