#Ponant should be on this list its French Influence results in an Elegant yet Relaxed experience. Guests numbers range mostly from max 180 - 260 depending on the class of ship

We’ve done all these, except Seadream. Aside from # of passengers,Azamara and Viking should be grouped as Premium with Celebrity. They don’t compare to the others on the list at all.

I find it interesting that you added Ritz-Carlton in your list as the line hasn’t even sailed a ship yet. Plus some of the lines you are including are premium lines, not luxury.

You have forgotten about French company: PONANT! Its chic and really sophisticated and "légere" elegance, the " private yachting feeling" make PONANT "la crême de la crême"! They have something all of these 10 lines don't have: unique style! And the "COMMANDANT CHARCOT" and "LE PONANT" - OMG! Strictly for old money style people of class!

How did you decide the order of this list? What criteria did you use? Have you personally been on any of these? And by the way, Crystal Cruises is currently defunct.

Hi Kevin. We as a team have different criteria to rate the best cruise lines. I was on Virgin Voyages this year, therefore the updated video. Regarding crystal cruises, thanks for the heads up, at the time of making this video this cruise line was functioning perfectly.

He sounds like he’s just plagiarizing snippets from each of these cruise lines catalogs. I watch this video for pure amusement as I could tell immediately that he had no idea what he was talking about with the mispronunciation of many of words he used .

Some one died on Viking Cruises recently and Silversea now owns the Silver Endeavour which was previously know as the Crystal Endeavour. No way these cruiselines are in the same league with Silversea and Ritz.

Azamara is far from Seabourn level !!! We sailed Azamara last spring in Eastern Mediterranean and we were disappointed. Never again 🙁

Most of these shipping lines are either Royal Caribbean or Carnival or Norwegian Cruise line and do not reflect how these companies were before being purchased by the main players in the game.Just returned from a Silversea cruise on the new Silver Nova and it’s nothing like how Silversea used to be. Have done a few Regent cruises I wonder if they are as they were.

The next time you do one of these. please mention the cruise line you are talking about more than once. Definitely at the end and a couple of times during the piece. It is a mistake to asume that in a list of ten different cruise lines, we can remember which one you're currently disussing. Thank you.

Regent Seven Seas is actually the number one luxury cruise ship. Unlike all other cruise lines described in this video (and they are all nice), ONLY Regent includes all specialty dining, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, all gratuities, airfare, port excursions, 1-night pre-departure hotel stay all ground transportation between the airport, hotel and cruise ship and is an ALL SUiTE ship! NO small balcony rooms or indoor cabins !! NO OTHER LUXURY CRUISE LINE INCLUDES ALL OF THESE AMENITIES !!!!!! THIS CRUISE LINE SHOULD BE LISTED AS THE NUMBER 1 LUXURY CRUISE LINE!

I tried Regent. It was excellent. Then I tried SeaDream. It was better, because it’s yachting not cruising. Luxury sea travel is not just about inclusions or luxury appointments. I can book a fabulous hotel for myself before and after a cruise, and I can arrange my own excursions if none of those offered suit me. Including such things in the fare doesn’t make the line more luxurious. I think the issue with these lists is that they should not rank the lines, but instead just say that all ten are excellent. They each have a different combination of features that go to make up a different experience. People will pick the experience that has the combination of features they prefer.

Been to most cruise ships Best so far is seaborne. Recently went Ritz Carlton. Very disappointed. Ritz Carlton price HolidayInn quality. Only good on photos.

The video is missleading. I was lucky to travel on 7 of the 10th lines. How is the Seabourn end up on #10 and Azamara that much lower level on #4. Seadream- old ship, horrible old cabins and just ok food /dining experience and zero entertaiment. You on your video showing renderings of the Seadream ship that was never built and construction was cancelled. Viking came #1- well its not even all inclusive cruiseline. And how come you used Princess Cruise Ship photo on you review? Would be nice if you learned the product prior to trying to review it.

These are not yachts. It is cruiseships. Yachts are something else. Smaller boats, often owned by private rich people. These are made and done by the travelagency standards, taking every paying customer. The biggest cruiseship Wonder of The Seas are owned by Royal Caribbean for example. Not even classed as a yacht.

regent is a higher luxury brand than oceania. they are owned by the same company and branded as such. NCL then Oceania then Regent as the top tier. may need to do your research over
