Even though Shelly was everyone's first brawler and has a bad rank doesn't mean she's a bad brawler. She's actually rlly good in my opinion! Also whenever fighting people may have some bad brawlers but their probs trying to fufill their quests!

In my opinion top tier 1.Surge (because, you know) 2.Gale (Hardcounter of tanks like surge but has decent amount of hp) 3.Meg (Rework is really strong) 4.R-T (Almost nobody defeat him in bushes with super + range) 5.Max
