Hughes/Newton was actually a double finish, Hughes passed out in the triangle and then fell, just so happened to rock Newton in the process but technically Hughes went out first so newton should've won the fight if the ref was paying attention.
@calvinkattar-wb4sq
@calvinkattar-wb4sq 20 күн бұрын
I will not use the term 'finish' because it seems a bit vague. The reason a referee stops a fight and calls it a ko or submission is because there is NO point of continuing. Therefore, even though the winner passed out, the referee cannot stop the fight in that moment because he just doesnt have the reason to do so.

While Tony is in Dagestan him and Khabib really should take this opportunity and have a Competitive Hard Spar or even Full on Fight in the gym(Khabib probably wouldn't agree to that tho if he's seriously committed to retirement) and upload it and give the fans the thing that couldn't be given to them before. The views would be through the roof Be really cool for them to do it. To do what the UFC couldn't do. Be a big statement. But most importantly would be really great.
