This small town has been a very popular vacation spot for the last 5 to 10 years with tourists visiting from all around the world. It has a newly built marina making access to the town and the beach even easier now. Like many other places on Chalkidiki, the place is famous for its honey and olive oil among other authentic organic and local products. There is a village nearby and an old town but, everybody goes to Nikiti for the beaches.
AELIA LUXURY APARTMENTS are about 150m away from the beach and about 1km from the center of the town where you can go shopping, have a nice meal, drink in a bar, or go for a walk. The staff would clean every day unlike in some other places where they clean every third or fourth day, so it's very clean.
The WIFI is excellent and you can use it on your TV which has all the latest applications which are very useful if you have your children there with you. The beds and the pillows are very comfy and you have running warm water 24/7. There is also a safe but, I don't think you'll need it since the town is a very safe place.
When we came we were welcomed with a little jar of honey and a small bottle of olive oil (both organic) produced locally in the town by the owners of AELIA. Of course, you can buy larger quantities from them if you want to. We loved it. I forgot, there was also a large bottle of water in the fridge. Really essential after a long trip. Small things matter the most.

The beach is situated right in front of the town. It's 2,5km long and with that length is one of the largest beaches on Sithonia and Halkidiki. The beach has semi-soft sand and shallow waters which is perfect for families with small children. You can find various sports activities along the coast like kayaking, diving, and boat and scooter rides. Access to the beach is easy and you can approach the beach from multiple streets that pass through the town. Also, access for the disabled is also available. You can park on any street (in a designated area) and you will find that the beach is very close since the town is stretched parallel to the coast. Or you can say that the beach is stretching parallel to the town. Furthermore, you can find restaurants, beach bars, toy shops, mini-markets, and all sorts of different kinds of shops alongside and behind the not-very-wide beach which will make your stay pleasant and complete.

You can choose one of the many beach bars as your place of lay but, if you want you can also occupy a spot at the uncommercialized part of the beach under the condition that you carry an umbrella with you. There is plenty of room.
Prices for a stay on most beach bars in the central area are similar: ±10 EUR MINIMUM CONSUMPTION for a SET of SUNBEDS and UMBRELLA, with the exception of some.
