I have learnt, if you always think the worst will happen then, it normally does. When my daughter died, I could only see what I had lost and not the things I was blessed with. It took me nearly 10 years of depression before, I realised how lucky I was, thanks to my nieces and nephews. They give me joy and happiness and provide me with the love I might have had if my daughter had lived. Don't look at the glass being only half full, look at it knowing you still have half a glass left.🤷🏻♀️
