Kind of a hilarious side effect of listening to the cue word meditation so many times - just hearing you say the word relax now just makes me skip ahead a few steps and my body just automatically gets heavy 🤣

I have been watching your videos for a while and it has even inspired me to join you in the good work you are doing to help people better the quality of their lives using rare instruments and nature scenes to make satisfying music. Night time trains with the sounds and being cool is the best. I don’t like to sleep hot and cool imagery is amazing. Like starry skies, fresh cool air, snowy plains and mountains

This is very relaxing. Absolutely amazing, along with all your other guided meditations. Kind of reminds me of Harry Potter, and what it would be like on Hogwarts Express. In fact, You guys should really do a Harry Potter meditation series.

ughh as a kid i used to be able to sign up for meditation for golden time in primary school, but now this is the closest i can get to that as a teen!. i was wondering, do you have a "floating on a cloud" type of meditation audio? if not, i think it'd be a good post idea if you felt like it! im really bad at meditating, but the Cloud meditation scenario gets me soo sleepy. love what you do for us🙏💞💞
