I won't use the word disgusting, only because ... we have all had so much of it. Enough that we can have compassion for each of us. We owe our Self-Love to ourself at all times xxx

We've all been deceived. On seeing through the lies, I have given my children the truth but they don't want it. What happens when you're expected to sacrifice your life, for people who choose not to live?

What happens when you are expected to sacrifice yourself is that you decide whether you will or not. But regardless of the choice you make (which is going to be context dependent) ... you owe yourself ... the best you can FOR your self ... always. What this will look like can only be unique. But you owe it to yourself to honour yourself at all times always xxx
