Got fired for writing about Trevor Bauer. All I wrote was the evidence against Bauer and the evidence against his accusers and it got people MAD and got me fired! That is fine with me justice for Trevor !

The fan experience in Mexico and Japan seems sooooo much more fun and electric. MLB crowds have their moments but it seems like EVERY GAME in mexico/japan is super hype. They're also paying much closer attention to the game than MLB crowds. I love it tbh.

Trevor dominated them so much, they thought he was cheating. lol.

Seriously, I’ve learned more about pitching from watching Trevor’s NPB and LMB breakdowns than in 30+ years of watching MLB broadcasts!

I get that it’s “just the Mexican league” but he’s averaging 13.2 K per nine innings, and just 2.0 BB per 9 innings. ERA is 1.56. He has a WHIP under 1.0, He’s 9-0, and has only given up 2 HR in 11 starts. These are insane numbers. Now, I know what a lot of people are thinking… “of course he is dominating, it’s against inferior competition.” Ok, fine. But isn’t he dominating enough to take the place of at least 1 starter on any other big league team? Hell, he’s better than ALL FOUR starters on at least 6 MLB teams.

I’ve been watching all the Shorts, and started watching these VLOGs. As a guy who played ball the first half of my life and basically stopped watching the game after the significant changes to rules and timers…this is a breath of fresh-air. Trevor’s awesomeness aside, it really shows not just what goes-into the art and mastery of pitching, but it has been more entertaining than any baseball I’ve watched in a long time. Subbed.

I really enjoy the analysis videos where you break down your mindset, process, and responses to what is going in. Are you concerned at all that giving us that info will translate to your opponents also learning what is likely to come next? You did show in this video that they cant hit you even when you tell them what is coming. Much respect Trevor. Best wishes for your success and good health.

Congrats on the record Trevor! Not sure how it is in LMB, but some of the MLB broadcast zones use a league average for the bottom/top height instead of adjusting for the batter so the box may not always be accurate. If you can get access to the pitching location data (statcast?), it would be cool to see in these game reviews.

Coaching in travel ball we had a timed game. So I was taught from coaches ahead of me to teach the kids to throw to contact. It does work, make them have to hit the ball. Good point Trevor.
